As a part of a class, I began doing daily meditations about abundance principles. I completed the 40th and final one today; each one lasts about 15 minutes. These are based on The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price.
I uploaded each one daily to my audio site at www.SoundCloud.com/MindTechnology so that the people in the world has the option to increase their abundance in life through evolving one’s own consciousness. There is a companion journal available in pdf format.
This is a great program for a couple, a group of friends, a group of seekers or a spiritual community or… Instructions are simple: Start with day 1 and listen to one each day without any distractions. Watch your own evolution and life abundance grow.
The bottom line is your level of abundance in any area of life individually and collectively, is directly because of your current consciousness about where you believe abundance comes from. And through proper identification and evolved consciousness you find that true abundance comes from a relaxed use of the abundance principles.
And true abundance in your life can be as expansive and lavish as your consciousness develops to allow.

Beliefs in what is possible, values in how life should be, moral judgements, conclusions made in unhealed past experiences, gossip you heard about someone, peer’s beliefs, family conditioning for life, and on and on… each is a filter to the lens that is between the raw reality of one’s physical reality and the cut, edited and deleted input your conscious thought perceives and you experience.
Think of it this way. When you put on a pair of glasses with a colored lens everything has that color tint to it. And there are colors and areas of life that cannot be seen with these glasses.
When we stay within our own life boundaries and beliefs that is all we can perceive in life as possible. Anything outside our self-defined life boundaries is sometimes not heard or recognized because of a person’s perspective filter. And the perspective filter is different for every single person on the planet. It is a wonder we can ever find agreement.
We are designed to see beyond our current perspective filters
Our physical eyes can only see until there is a wall, fog or physical obstruction. Our physical olfactory sense works as long as the fragrance makes it to the nasal passage in the face. Our ears can hear a sound as long as that vibration makes it to our ears. Touch works as long as it is within arms reach. And taste can only taste things that are on the tongue; of course smell has a lot to do with taste.
Thankfully we are born with a Spiritual Layer to us that has broader perceptive abilities beyond what the human senses can detect. There is a spiritual (energetic) sense for every human sense. We can hear, see, touch, taste, feel and know beyond the limits of the physical senses using these spiritual senses.
The third eye is the spiritual eye that can see beyond obstacles, around corners and through darkness in life thus guiding us beyond what we can physically see. The spiritual sense is without limitations like walls, dark periods in life, length limits of arms for touch, location of nostrils for smell, distance between ears and sound, etc, obstacles, difficulties, pains and more. They help guide us even when life has disturbances, disruptions, and the like.
We are designed so well for self-determination. We have free will to choose what we think, feel and do. No one can control that except us. And what we think is the beginning to what is experienced in life. We can learn methods to lift up our eyes from the human condition and the physical senses when life is not to our liking. This opens us up to a spiritual perspective, the intuitive mind and much inner guidance that will provide new ideas and a sense of direction.
Change your perspective.
Take a weekend trip.
Disconnect from reality for a day.
Imagine being in space.
Work with someone trained to coach you out of your accumulated life muck into a fresh perspective on life where your forgotten dreams, too-good and to-do ideas are still possible. This is a beautiful process to catalyze within someone.
When I do a P.E.A.C.E. Personal Energy Alignment, Clearing and Expansion Session for someone…almost every time they have a big change in life. Their perspective changes totally aligns more towards their true nature which is good, abundant, skilled, focused, etc.
One lady called me the next day and told me that when she got home after our session her dogs were not barking and her 2 children were getting along. The dogs have never not barked when she got home and her early adulthood children, one with special needs, did not get along together. She called to tell me that THEY had changed. I offered the truth is that SHE had changed.
One thirty-something man was walking down South Lamar Blvd the day after wondering to himself what kind of man he wanted to grow into. At that moment there was a book on the sidewalk right next to his foot that was titled What Kind of Man Are You?
Finish each day and be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
THIS is at the root cause of so many misinterpretations we make of other people. Then we talk about it to others. That magnifies it. We think we know someone’s intent, agenda or whatever actions against us that we think we are accurately seeing in them. Truth is it exists in our feeling-thought-feeling-thought personal bubble and we are seeing our own reflection; an Infinite Do Loop…that sometimes is keeping us stuck.
Your Perspective Filters on Life
Whenever we have been thinking badly of our self in some way, the way we see the world and others changes. Our perspective changes based on our mood, expectations of/from others known/unknown desired/undesired, beliefs, walls, values and more. We see life through all of these and more filters that distort the true reality. Then we may be easily swayed by others which means we take on their life filters. Soon our perception of reality may resemble looking through a kaleidoscope; a fragmented representation of the true reality.

Each of us has/had some inner feelings we do not like that keeps reoccurring
At times in life we are driven by an inner wound that contains certain bad feelings from an unhealed moment in the past. Those same familiar feelings keep happening appearing to be stimulated by external circumstances and people around us. When we look at our life patterns we can find those familiar feelings occurred at other times in life with different faces and different situations. We will see how it keeps happening no matter where we live and no matter who is involved. It is the same script being played out with different people, different faces.
For a purpose though…
Let us be real with ourselves and acknowledge that we are the common denominator in all these situations. Maybe it is happening because we are doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. A different outcome is impossible and this is the definition of insanity. It is time to look in life’s proverbial feedback mirror (*purpose). An external circumstance is what it is; something that happfeelingened in life. The way we choose to perceive it, judge it, witness it on the spot is our choice, consciously or unconsciously. Often it is a highly reactive choice from the unconscious, reactive mind. It is the knee jerk reaction. And a reactive action by definition is repeating the same old behavior without conscious thought thus experiencing the same old feelings in life.
…that are doing their job attempting to point out a soft spot in your underbelly that if healed, life would be better. That’s the purpose of these repeating lessons in life.
When you have a moment of feeling bad about yourself, take a pause. Become aware of what you are feeling. How does it feel and where is it? What else can you sense about it? Is this in any way familiar to a repeating childhood feeling? And what have you been thinking about yourself prior to feeling badly about yourself. Thoughts lead our life and stir e-motions = energies in motion within you. This leads to our experiences in life.
Want a change?
Write those self-defeating thoughts down. Use pen and paper. It works more neurons in your brain to facilitate a change than typing it out. First relax into your inner self and reflect on wondering what is it about this situation that is wanting my attention? You may search your memories for familiar times in life when you felt the same feelings; who was involved and more details. Ask: What is the message for me to hear? Then pause your thinking and listen from within yourself.
Now become deliberate in your thinking. As Abraham, Esther Hicks, says: Contrast in this world helps you sharpen your rocket of desire. Create, choose and craft your thoughts deliberately. Adopt thoughts from others who have what you want. What is the opposite? What is it that you truly want and how do you want to feel?
These are the thoughts you are choosing to think to deliberately cause a change in life? Write these down. Polish them until they feel succinct and powerful when you read them and consider them. Put them on index cards and carry them with you reading them often and practice thinking them as if they are your regular thoughts. Life begins to change accordingly.
The ego drives this repeating the same thing over and over act while we think that we are moving forward. The ego has its place and benefits in the way we mix and manage our own choice of thoughts from multiple thought channels AND we have to tell it who is boss. You are in charge of your thoughts. You pick and choose your thoughts. Pull the self-defeating thoughts you imagine pulling out of your Mind Garden like you pull weeds from a garden. Plant the chosen thoughts like seeds and every time you read them and contemplate them you are nurturing those thought seeds to grow.
How important is your happiness, success and fulfillment? Is it important enough to sit down and take time for your well-being?

Practice. Make a change
What could you do for 3 to 5 minutes today that would benefit you, your life and your well-being? Pick a vision, a dream, a goal, a desire, your index card of new thoughts… Sit, close your eyes and choose your thoughts deliberately. Then imagine it is already in your life…as you desire it to be. You have just caused your life to change. Rinse and repeat. And enjoy an unfolding beauty in your life.
Do the world a favor. Empower yourself to live your best life.
