Heart Brain Coherence Meditation

Gratitude, Appreciation, Care, and Compassion

This meditation generates good feelings and good chemistry.

As you can see from the film What the Bleep Do We Know, everything about our impulses, motivations, etc, all boil down to the chemistry in the body.

Generate Gratitude, Appreciation, Care, Compassion

You can do this brief version for 3 minutes:

  1. Lightly touch and move fingers over your heart center. 
  2. Breathe into your heart center, into where you’re touching
  3. Breathe slower than normal – Breathe in for 5 seconds and Breathe out for 5 seconds

This will generate good chemistry and feelings in your body. Plus it shows you how easy it is to switch from any upset or stress mood you may be in. This is a healthy state of being to put yourself into.
