Today, I began day 1 of 40 days of 15 minute meditations based on this classic abundance program. This is a way to find freedom and abundance from completely different concepts about where abundance comes from. Abundance in all areas of life, love, relationships. success, dollars, material possessions and more.

To open your heart is to expand your field of vision in life, your depth of perception and your ability to receive love, joy, gratitude, well-being and to connect deeply with others.
Awakenings arise from the heart intelligence.
When you shut off your heart center all of that expansiveness closes off.
The world becomes black and white, stale and limited. You go back to judgment of others and a belief in separation.
This is the domain of the logical mind which is the source of the egoic awareness. Its purpose is to not change…at all costs keeping all current life pains, limitations, problems.
Each of us has multiple intelligence centers in our human system. The brain has two and the body has many with two as the brain for the body’s intelligence centers. Each intelligence center has a different energy that arises with a thought to help us move the idea into action. More to come…
Someone who has come to some events shared with me that his intention is to HAVE intention. He shared more that he wants to improve his approach to life to do other things that will help him to deliberately focus his life.
First off, I can relate. We all can relate.
We are all born with a resource full of incredible inherent skills that let us choose and focus our life as precisely and deliberately as we dare to and to stretch as far as we are willing to stretch in this life.
Plus we all feel that internal universal nudge within to make a change here and there…until we successfully squelch it.
To have the desire to set your intent and live more deliberately is a transition step for the people who choose to live life at a different level, authentically and deliberately. You use a different set of inner empowerment skills (intent, choice, clarity, focus, listen, ease, to name a few) to drive life from within rather than the external modus operandi such as stress, over-pushing, force, make it happen, etc. Using the inner skills stirs things up and opportunities will begin to appear while clarity is received. That is when you take external action. Be prepared and ready for the right opportunity.
Second, thank you for trusting me. I appreciate when someone shares with me. I believe what we hold within us is more valuable than anything external to us. Thus when someone shares from within I value their truth.
I will know for him his higher truth while he is finding his inner inspiration (Spirit Within) to embrace this next step towards personal freedom and expression.
I find that I feel best about my life and move forward when I do this:
Read my written list of life results and imagine them to be already true, daily or more often.
I take my personal time: Several minutes to do inner focusing, finding calm within me, pose questions, get in sync, and imagine my day.
Deep breathe hourly to flush out the stale energies and bring in refreshing energies.
So, let’s take a cue from this man and set an intent for the week or month or maybe for your life or for this phase of it. It does not have to be elaborate. Make it a clear focus that resonates within you. Write it down next to your list of goals.
Take some time, right now, and write out an intent for your life. What comes to you? Craft some results you desire to have in life written as if you already have them. Write what you would like to experience in life.
And in case this seems too much consider: Why not try something different? One small inner change results in noticeable changes in life.
Life works well sometimes and sometimes…well, it doesn’t seem that way.
As humans we are living and breathing the experiences of life. In one moment we can feel so joyful and one event, or even one wrong thought, later we can feel misery. It can be neutral or our feelings can cycle some in the day from happy to rejecting yourself to sadness to feeling successful to joy… It is not that every person has any kind of emotional disorder. It is life especially at times when we are pushing our limits.
One teacher said if you live life in neutral and seek life to always be peace and calm without moments of life being disruptive then you have flatlined.
Michael Beckwith talked about going out of this life in pristine condition or a little bruised, cuts, pains, scratches from having stretched your limits. I am in the latter category with periods of sedentary personal movement.
Life can be seen as a journey of bringing more of our Inner Light into our external life. This involves some journeys of healing through our shadow journey. Oftentimes people stop here because it looks frightening. I am fortunate to have been pushed and guided to do this work. I still resist yet I know the other side will be much more expansive and freeing. So I end up taking a deep breath in while taking the first step to a new me and an expanded life.
And remember that is where you are along your life’s journey. Don’t let yourself get stuck in this phase. Respect it. Hire a guide like me 🙂 Learn from it and reveal more Light into your life.
Once we learn to direct our inner self and utilize and manage our inner reactions, feelings and thoughts then we can become less reactive to all the different stimuli and events in life. With practice we begin to direct our inner resources to cause deliberate changes in life externally and within ourselves.
Life became more fun once I began to find out how to use the inner tools that are inherent within everyone. We can design, create and empower a chosen inner reality that develops into our external experiences we call life.
Whatever is not going the way you want in life, take a few moments and relax your body, your mind, your energy. Are you ready to let this ‘problem’ go? When you feel and hear ‘YES’ then take that full cleansing breath of life in deeply. Hold it at the top and internally choose to Let this go – all thoughts, energies, concerns, judgments and whatever else about it that darkens your Light.
Pause and feel the new air and space to create something new. Immerse yourself for a few moments into your favorite vacation spot ever. This helps to relax.
Create your life. Now imagine what you want it to be instead. Imagine, visualize, sense, hear, taste, touch, smell and feel it changing. Play in this new reality feeling it as if it is true. Do this regularly and make it feel familiar. Your life will start taking you there to follow your true reality which is
Breathe peace into it. Keep your focus on this chosen reality instead of the way it appears. And allow it to change gently and gracefully.
And do what you can to remain in a state of joy and gratitude.
This is a simple way to begin to receive what you want in life with ease and grace instead of stress and uncertainty.

Let It Be is your soul’s portal beyond the woes of yesteryears and the fears of future years. It is your place of peace, of solace, of causation and of being in and receiving unconditional love and guidance. There’s no defense to push against. There’s no judgement to condemn. There’s no stance except God’s stance as I AM a unique Living Presence of God standing forth on this planet known as (my name).

Each one of these I do is unique because I somehow sense it through inner hearing, seeing, knowing. It is always unique for the people present. That is the most common comment I have from people who have private sessions, that somehow it was right for them. My Intuitive Mind (which I teach people how to develop theirs) receives what is the right thing to guide everyone to do.
Sometimes I experience it but usually I do not. For me I am delivering the made-to-order script for the journey. Strange, I know.
Many moons ago, let’s see, I bought my first crystal bowl 28 years ago not having a clue as to why. Now, remember I am an electrical engineer. I did well in global corporations living in the Far East, Middle East, Western US and Texas, my home state. And…
I HAD TO HAVE THIS BOWL. I was working for a small microchip packaging house and the bowl was a lot of money; I think $250. I was not making much working for a semiconductor processing house. AND I HAD TO HAVE THIS BOWL. We must follow that strong unusual energy that screams at us to do something lol
From the first time I played it I saw things, felt things. I was reluctant to let a friend hear it. Finally, I did and I guided Mark through a journey unique for him. When I moved from Austin to Denver I arrived to find the expected job gone. So, I did what any ‘lost’ engineer would do: I started doing crystal bowl meditations for any meditation group in Colorado for donations. What a switch from living in Indonesia, all expenses paid.
I led a meditation at Cherry Creek Church of Religious Science for all who stayed after service for more than a year. A group paid for me to record my first ever guided crystal bowl meditation master for cassettes. That was at Sounds True studio, well known for uplifting multimedia, audio, video.
This journey has taken me on my own journey to learn how to access and use my Creative Mind. Us engineers have very developed Logical Minds that we often get stuck within and forget there are other modes to life.

As I listened and breathed into my chakras I felt pain arising up and down my spine. The pain at the base of my cervical vertebra began vibrating, aching and stayed with the sounds as the waterfall released. I felt every pain leaving my spine; lengthening. The bird I emerged in came from within a lush jungle. I shot up toward the Milky Way then soaring toward poppy fields in France. I recognized that I was a macaw and that my physical being became light energy – the cloud parted and I realized that I am inviting love, passion, health, curiosity, wonder, creativity energy were surrounding me and that I am complete my beautiful family circle of friends, possibilities and that I am totally free to adventure through many realms for the rest of my life and that my life wonderfully aligned. ~ CC

Imagined myself owning my land near the blue lake. My house is surrounded by different flowers. As I was dreaming my negative thoughts were draining

My husband was there, happy and strong. I knew I had everything we needed. I was working doing what I love. I’m writing it all down cause it will come true.

I’ve had sacral chakra problems and hip pain from some very painful issues. Tonight I had a beautiful journey. Many people have heard the concept that every person, plant, rock, tree, species, chair, inanimate objects, et al is at the very base level simply vibrating quantum energies. Even the unseen space and air is vibrating quantum energy. It is all at different frequencies.
~Pause for half a minute
~Sit upright and comfortably
~Take a conscious deep breath in focusing on the movement
of air in and out.
Allow the mind and heart to expand to a new concept.
Quantum Physicists witness the creation from nothingness into the level of form that equipment can detect. To put it way too simply, this is done by shooting protons at each other at hyper speeds. When these collide the equipment detects what happens including subatomic particles. They witness subatomic particles coming to into form and then some that go back into nothingness.
I often wonder if this could be portal for manifestation. It is the first appearance from the veil covering nothingness of something coming into form. There is a life chain for everything that begins with subatomic particles.
We all came from there into this life. At 24 years old I took a class in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia that altered my life. I learned precise thinking to cause precise results from de-stressing body and mind on cue, eliminating pain on cue, visualizing to achieve goals, mental focus, intuitive development, learning to sense the energies within to cause change. Since then I have learned so much more including the science and spiritual understandings of how we tap into our incredible human potential lying dormant within each of us.
From this depth and breadth of learning and experiences I know there are direct ways to alter our reality by changing things within us first. Then the change becomes a natural outpouring from within you into life.
And how the intelligence of our heart plays in all of this controlling the different levels of thought that we tune to in our head. And using all of that we can alter our own internal energies relating to different areas of our life.
e-motions = energy in motion
I like to write emotions as e-motions representing energy in motion. This is a part of the process to manifest something in life. This process can be seen in many ways.
One concept: Thought into Manifestation
Firstwe craft the thoughts that will get us what we want in life just like we would by carrot seeds if we want to grow some carrots. We carefully shape the thoughts as affirmation-style results statement: I am driving my new VW Jetta with options, colors, etc.
Second we play with those thoughts first by imagining what it will look like, what components we want in that part of our life. We create vivid scenes of us living the life with what we are imagining. Scenes like signing the forms and receiving the keys from the dealer or seller then starting it up and driving away. Another scene of driving out to the hill country in it at Fall or Spring time especially during bluebonnet season.
Thirdwe select the emotions, feelings and sensations we will have when we achieve this. I am loving driving my new VW Jetta with options, colors, etc. It’s such a pleasure to drive back and forth work in it.
Fourthwe take these list of results, new thoughts and vivid scenes into the meditative realm of mind operation. We do this by using the switch to shift into the frequency of mind where we can reprogram our brain and heart to achieve the desired results.
Find a comfortable place to sit in a peaceful environment. Light a candle if you want. Darken the lights.
Close your eyes
Take a full deep breath into the abdomen. Hold it for a moment and feel an expansion in your torso.
Release the breath focusing on the airflow out of the body
Add to breathing in that you are breathing in the life-giving energies of Life, positive, cleansing air
Add to releasing the breath that you are breathing out the dark ideas, concepts, worries, energies in thought
Tighten your scalp for 10 seconds or so. Release that noticing the sensation differences in both states
Now imagine that difference flowing down your body as relaxing energies that transform the head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Focus for 5 seconds on each body part all the way down to your toes, the souls and heels of your feet
Choose to stay alert as you imagine relaxing mental scenes
At this time you are now in the causative realm of thought and will spend time visualizing all of the scenes feeling them as if
Every time you visualize each scene imagine feeling it viscerally more and more. You can sometimes get it where it feels slightly tactile
Do all the scenes for new results in 2 to 3 minutes minimum. That is after you have done the breathing and relaxing. Sometimes it is fun to go into this mind state and spend some time playing with the scenes, filling them in with more and more details.
BONUS: This is the level of mind where you can access your intuitive creative mind, icm. So, you can go into these scenes and ask for more detail from that thought channel of intuition and creativity. This is where you will get ideas that the normal surface mind can never access. Its thought are all surface, tactile, what is seen level of existence. This level
Fifth Do whatever you can think of to play with images in your physical world.
Create a vision board of pictures indicating what you desire to have in life and who you desire to be.
Cut out magazine images and place them in a box that you play with imaging them.
Write out the goal and how it will alter your life.
Create index cards with the desired result on it and carry it with you. Tape it on the bathroom mirror so you see it often. Stop and read it and claim it. Write it on sticky notes placed on your dash and at your desk.
By imagining, writing, creating a vision board, visualizing precisely and regularly you are using your imagination the way it is designed to be used. Imagine you life as you desire it to be in the intuitive mind. Then experience it in the logical surface mind.
Sixth Maintain a state of joy and gratitude within yourself. This is the state to receive your desired results with more grace and ease.
In all of these steps I have skills to help you through it, as you need. My training has always been how to help someone bring forth their inner gifts and outer desires using inner empowerment skills.

On the Saturday night before Memorial Day slightly before 10pm I walk into Liquid Floats to relax in a flotation tank, isolation tank, aka sensory deprivation tank.
They show me to my room, explain things and close the door.
I take off my clothes and take a quick shower. Get the soap off. Turn off the room lights and slip into this pod with heavily salted water. Push a button and the isolation tank inside light goes off.
It is absolute darkness. No spec of light. It is slippery on the skin with so much salt in the water.
I am now floating in this water that is so salted that I float half above and half under the water. The environment is pitch black even with my eyes wide open. The temperature matches my skin temperature. At some point in the relaxation process the defining line between my skin and the water blurs and goes away.
These defining lines between my physicality blur so that I am left with my consciousness. Aahh
You have a choice of listening to music or not. I wanted this ninety minutes to be absolute silence outside so I could find absolute silence inside myself.
I did my inner energy activation cycle, my deep relaxation countdown and a spiritual mind treatment to let go of the world, of my concerns and find silence and peace within.
Then I heard a familiar voice from within say: Stop doing; Stop controlling, Just receive. STOP. Breathe. Receive. Let go. There is nothing for you to do. So, I did. Some people will understand how important it is to listen to those inner cues. I then just floated into a very peaceful place inside and floated with no imagery and a quiet mind.
Aaahhh, I am happy I am a meditator and a stress management specialist. The ability to deeply relax with deep breathing and mental focus works very quickly. Then I focused to release thought and external reality to quiet my mind which is one of the most empowering mind skills that is in my tool bag.
I did not think that I went out, as in sleep, but the time seemed to be shorter than expected. So, I was at least in the Intuitive Mind where time is not linear.
I lifted myself out as I opened the pod lid…wanting another 90 minutes.
One instant benefit is that my core temperature dropped a couple of degrees; I tend to run warm. So the ac thermostat at home went up 2 degrees that night.

My sister-in-law gave me a journal six months before I had set the date to go sky-diving for the first time. I was terrified of sky-diving, but committed to jumping as a means of overcoming fear. The title of the journal? Courage Every Day. My sister-in-law had no idea of my sky-diving plans.
The journal is full of courage-related quotes, and I’d like to share my favorites. Alfred Montapert wrote, “Welcome problems and eat them for breakfast.” Thinking we don’t have power to overcome is the victim’s stance. We are powerful beings, God in form, and God has our backs in every moment. There is no difficulty that we cannot rise above when we believe in ourselves and the One Power that is all of creation.
Richard Tate wrote, “Orville Wright didn’t have a pilot’s license.” What greater way to be a hero to yourself than to do something that has not been done before? Orville Wright didn’t know how to fly, but he figured it out. It is quite heroic to persevere through unknowns and uncertainty to do or be something new.
Mahatma Gandhi wrote, “There is a person now slumbering within us, which if awakened would do to evil what light does to darkness.” The slumbering person within us is awakened by consistent spiritual practice, elevating our own and all human consciousness above evil—it simply fades away into nothingness. Our most heroic acts are those that enable us to truly know ourselves in all our guts and glory.
Knowing that God always has my back, I leap into the adventure that is my life. I am a hero in my own eyes.
* I understand that some people may have a problem with the word ‘God’. The context here is It is the Quantum Energy and Intelligence that physicists tell us that we exist within. Some people refer to It as that Love Field of Energy around us and inside us. Or Source Energy, Universal Intelligence, Higher Power… Man has given it many names and each name comes from man’s own awareness of who he considers himself to be in the cosmology of life.

Finally: Science is Thawing the Resistance to Mainstream Meditation
I understand that most people need science to justify new things that have been serving humanity for thousands of years. Believe me. I am a degreed electrical engineer who relies on logic for much of life and had to do a lot of training to balance out my thought processes to include more intuitive and creative thoughts. But that logical mind runs amok at times and prevents us from doing things that are good for us, especially practices that have proven to help some communities for hundreds of years.
AND the good news is that the re-burgeoning field of neuroscience, now that they have the equipment to do so, is measuring the immediate and noticeable impact on human’s brains while meditating. I caught part of the story on ABC’s Nightline last night and it was great!

It is estimated that 20 million Americans are regular meditators.
Look at the graphs of brain activity while meditating which shows a marked increase in activity. Soon after someone starts meditating the parts of the brain associated with compassion and awareness grow while the parts associated with stress shrink. Plus researchers found that these new meditators were less mean to each other and began to use ‘we’ instead of ‘I’, a sign of letting go of our controlling egos. Great solution to emotional self management, a skill that is needed by all.
They also mention how meditation has made it into some of mainstream America; in Fortune 500 Corporations, elementary schools, musicians, etc.
Segment 2: An interview with the Dalai Lama
Even the Dalai Lama says that he loses his temper once in a while. He continues: if someone does not ever lose their temper then he doesn’t believe them. And if that’s true then they must come from some other space (indicating that they are aliens).
YIPPEE! I SO AGREE. We are not designed to be completely positive. This is a misconception about the impact of meditation. This validates my concept in this blog post Gossip & Effective Communication under ‘Positive Facades’. We are not designed to never have difficulty. We are designed to be authentic. Life is designed as a place where we continue to learn how to be greater. And at times there are ‘downs’.

Once you begin to do just a few minutes daily in a few weeks you will start noticing a difference to how you view yourself, view life and have more self control and direction. I have taught meditation in Spiritual Centers and through a scientific method that just takes minutes to practice and I still find value and an increasing inner strength plus a stronger sense of self. However you learn it, use it.
Announcing a new meditation group on Monday evenings from 7-8 pm in south Austin.
I am a Science of Mind-trained Practitioner. Three of us Practitioners have come together to begin this meditation group to offer regular meditations on Monday evenings. We will be alternating the lead of this group and will be varying the meditation styles.

I just watched an interview with Tom Bergeron on Good Morning America. He says that he began meditating in his twenties to handle an anger problem. Now he says that before he hosts Dancing with the Stars he meditates while everyone else is frantic and bothered with glitches and problems. He said that he opens up to the possibilities of what might happen in the show (this is being Present In the NOW) and is his most relaxed of his day while he is actually hosting the show. Others consider him the fastest-thinking TV show host. I can understand this. This is the way we are designed to operate.
Hmmm… This an abject lesson in what I talk about in the Silva Method classes. When we meditate we are opening up and accessing our right hemisphere, the Creative Mind. This is the Mind that has no limits including time and space. It is plugged into the Infinite Potential. To be scientific, this is when we tap into the Quantum Intelligence of which we are a droplet of the whole ocean, so to speak.
In the Relax Your Way to Success class I’m teaching on April 25th I am teaching people to go enter this Dimension of the Mind. In three hours learn the detrimental effects of stress and learn how to de-stress the mind and body on cue. Doing this is entering a meditation state of mind.
