New Year! Transform the old unwanted into the New desired

At this time of year, I am reviewing things in life so that 2021 is better.

What is working in life? What is not? What can I adjust? What is important to me to do? What is my focus for 2021? Is there a theme that comes?

What has 2020 meant? Losses and effects from Covid-19? Stress level? What do I need to learn from this year? What was good?

Take some time to contemplate things like that, listening for ideas and answers. Journal it or jot some things down.

Then, come back to this…

Next steps

Choose something you do not like or want in life. Some lack, missing item, person, change wanted, adjust inner thoughts or something that needs a little adjustment.

Keep these three requirements in mind:

  1. You cannot control others. This is about you.

Now, I have told this to the thousands of students who have taken my brain neural programming skills and spiritual laws classes…And they don’t listen LOL Neither did I when I first began.

  • Do not pick the hardest item you have not resolved in years or decades.
  • Choose something that does not have a heavy weight or attachment to it. Pick a new adventure you want or something light and fun. These tend to manifest quicker.

Why start with something light to change?

Think about it. Normally, to change something in life there is a logical process to do so. We all know how to do this, well.

This is a different approach to manifest something you want in life. You will be tapping into the Laws of Life that are unseen. Everything comes from the unseen realm and eventually returns to the unseen realm. There are Laws that govern the unseen realm just like there are natural laws that govern the physical, the seen realm.

Try this out as a personal experiment. Choose something light, fun, and with no serious attachment. When you have it in life you will be proving to yourself that it works. Repeat your experiment on the second item. Once you have proven to yourself that it works…Then pick something that is not so light or has some heavy attachment.

This is also a great way to start expanding your life beyond the box in which you are currently living. This is an alternative way to live the life you desire.

Get a piece of paper and pen and sit somewhere comfy.

Write down the negative item or circumstance. Make it personal using the first person. Example: At work, I feel ____. My relationship needs something.  ___ isn’t working for me anymore.

Observe the thoughts you have about this negative item in your life. Have you had thoughts or beliefs that align with this result in life? Be honest with yourself. Write this below the negative item.

Take a moment to become mindful of the connection between your thoughts and this result in life. Do you see a connection? Is there a feeling within you that matches this result in life? In other words, what feeling do you have that comes with this undesired result?

Reflect for some more moments… How does this make you feel?

Above the negative item you wrote, write ‘I do not want this in my life’ or something like that.

Turn it around. Take ownership of creating what you want in life.

If you had the option to change this negative item, would you?

Answer that, then consider the following…

Think about this undesired feeling. How would you rather feel in that area of life? What feeling do you want to have concerning this area of life when it improves? Imagine feeling it.

Skip a line or 2, then write ‘I choose this result in my life’ or something like that.

Below that, write ‘I feel (your chosen feeling)’.

Now, consider this item you do not want anymore. What would you like instead that will make you feel how you want to feel? Just play with it. Play goes with imagination. You get to make up something new in life in order to manifest it. Could be fun. It could work.

Write down what you desire to have in life, on the next line.

Here comes the thread that weaves together the way you choose to feel with the new desired item in life.

You might take some time with this.

What thoughts align with having this desired feeling that leads to the chosen positive result? This is you backtracking to see what possible thoughts could support having the positive result you want. I have found that it works to think of someone who already has close to what I want to manifest. What thoughts must they have which lead to them having this? Adjust those for you. I actually, once, asked a friend who had a relationship I liked: “What are your thoughts and beliefs about this?” I then adopted her thoughts…they worked for her. Why not?

Use the power of your mental focus

Sit back, take a deep breath, and relax. Imagine that you already have this positive desired result. Feel it. What does it smell like? Taste like? Look like? Sound like? Feel like? Do you feel the feeling you chose you want to feel as you imagine it? This is your mental playground. Play with it.

In this, contemplate a new thought or new belief that supports your desired outcome. This thought would naturally lead to all of this becoming real. Make it up. Play with it. It does not have to be perfect. You can always change it with more clarity.

Once you think and feel you have it, write it down on the next line.

Ideas to fine-tune it

Finally, craft the thought into a more empowering thought. This is done by:

  • Stating it as if you have it now. Not when something else happens. Now. It is done and in your life.
  • Do not use words that separate you from having it now, such as may, might, will, hope, etc.
  • Weave the feeling into the statement. I am thrilled with my new car. It feels good going to my job. I really like the new person I’m dating. I love visiting and exploring Bali.
  • Don’t make it heady. Make it visceral so that you feel it when you think of it. This fuels it into becoming real.

Write this thought next. This is a supportive thought.

Past precedent does not dictate future outcomes.

Letting go of the old

Now you have a piece of paper with what you do not want, its supporting thought and feeling. When you feel absolutely ready to change it, use a red marker to make a definite X over it with a feeling of ‘it’s gone. I am ready for the new’. The red X is a strong signal to your mind.

Tear that part off. To release something and its energy, it is best to either burn it or flush it. Do either safely while letting go of it in your mind and your heart.

Creating the new

What I tend to do to make sure I am focusing more and more on my chosen desired item, is to write it on an index card and carry the final statement with me. For some, I have written it on post-it notes and stuck it on the mirror, the door frame, the car dashboard, on the electronic calendar, anywhere to keep it in your face.

At any time you think of the old unwanted…quickly recall your new chosen thought with the feeling that goes with it.

Be gently vigilant about doing this. In a short time, the old unsupportive thought and feeling fade away as you are choosing the new supportive thought and feeling.

This is your new thought. Own it. Repeat it and imagine it often and it will become your normal thought which will lead to it happening in your life.

There is a power for good in this life that is all around you, within you, and supporting you.

You have now initiated a change you want. Be patient.

As long as you continue to choose it and feel it despite no indication of it happening, it will happen. You are taking action every time you imagine it and feel it as if it is in your life now.

Remember this is an experiment. Keep at it and watch what ideas come, doors open, meet the right person, other ‘coincidences’…and sometimes it just comes right to you.

When you have manifested this, take time to congratulate yourself and contemplate how it came about. Then, you are ready for the next thing to change in your life.

If you are reading this, you are ahead of the game. Most will sit in their haze of normality instead of doing something different…which leads to having something different. You are taking your power back to live a more desired life.

I Verified the Energy Coming out of my Palms. Tis true…

A big reason I write this is because developing into someone who can send healing energies is available to anyone. I have observed myself and students having A Progression of Personal Development that seems unbelievable, if it was not reported so often . The link describes familiar inner development by people gaining mastery of their thoughts. The brain has so much more when we learn how to reprogram it specifically to help us be more effective, creative and manage our inner self.

We live in this physical world and our senses continuously confirm that to us anytime we are awake. As we develop and grow on this planet often we will begin to think that what we see, fell, taste, touch and hear is all that there is to life. That is a reason we get locked inside our life box…stuck in the haze of normality.

Many of us sense and believe that there is something more to life. It is unseen, yet somehow, something is there in the unseen. Then we listen to quantum physicists telling us that we, objects, nature, air, everything is quantum energy vibrating at varying frequencies. From this unseen force, visible life emerges. Food for thought.

If you are curious, this is a great place to start – the movie What the Bleep Do We Know. It is an integration of experts talking about how life works in the quantum world with a story being told with the oscar-winning actress Marlee Matlin. It is currently available on YouTube.

How can we know there is actually some power, some intelligence, some energy in the unseen?

Keep reading… I had scientific verification of it.

One example is electricity. We do not see the current running through wires or waiting at our wall plugs. Yet, with complete certainty, we plug in a device and it receives this unseen force to power the device.

Do you ever doubt electricity?

What about this thing people talk about? They heard about an energy healer. What is that? Someone goes to a practitioner who claims to conduct energy. This subject has intrigued me since I met a Canadian healer in a hotel in Balikpapan, Indonesia; the island of Borneo. I was 23 years old.

Meeting my first healer

I had finished breakfast and went to the lobby to wait on the driver to go to work. While reading the International Herald Tribune this woman sat in the chair next to me. I had the strangest sensation. At the time I was still incredibly shy. LOL. My body started vibrating all over while I kept hearing ‘introduce yourself’. That repeated until I did. Turns out she is from Canada and was traveling the Indonesian islands to learn from elders and medicine men. She talked with me about it some and I felt a resonance with her words. Actually I had a medicine man from Eastern Java, Indonesia send herbs to my mom in Houston. It helped her. [future post] Fast forward more than two decades and my own energies started opening up.

That vibration and insistent voice were so wild. It pushed me to do something good for me. That is when I began to learn that the body’s intelligence is incredible. An internal unseen guidance can lead me correctly.

This is energy. I want to see it

By 2007-8 I had done a lot of personal growth and studied metaphysical topics. Even though I was curious and teaching some, it did not squash my inner electrical engineer’s need for proof. Isn’t that where the saying “I’ll believe it when I see it” comes from. That is so true except if you are looking to manifest a change in life. Then I began to learn “I’ll see it when I believe it”. This is how to manifest change beginning within your own mind.

A part of your personal progression when you learn mind mastery and some healing concepts, your healing energy will get activated. Mine was beginning to activate and I could feel it.

He stops his meds

Around this time we had moved my now ex-partner down from upstate New York. He had been taking a strong anti seizure medicine for 15+ years. We discussed him getting off of that after learning its toxicity. We went to a neurologist in Austin who told him that he needed to have a 24-hour sleep-deprived EEG that had no spikes on it.

For more than a year he had been using the brain neural programming methods from my trainings. He was already stopping migraines. These used to occur multiple times per week. He used the Student Study Skills to move from Dean’s academic probation to graduating with honors. This set of skills for focus, comprehending, and recalling is known to decrease study time, increase playtime while increasing grades. What I saw was him playing more games on the computer than studying once he was using them.

The EEG

His appointment with the neurologist was Monday morning. I taught a class that weekend and he stayed awake Sunday night. We went to have the EEG done. When I teach neural reprogramming, a basic understanding of brain waves are involved – beta, alpha, theta, delta.

I asked the technician if I could sit in and watch them live on the computer screen. I used a chart but never had seen them live.

I sat 8-10 feet from his head where the electrodes were placed. The technician would whisper to me and show me that initially there were beta waves from a waking, eyes open state. Then he got tired and she showed me the alpha waves from when we start to fall asleep. Then the theta waves from a much deeper state of sleep. Next, she pointed out the delta waves from him going into the deepest of sleep. These are the phases we go into while falling asleep. Then in 90-minute cycles, we move amongst the alpha, theta, and delta phases of brain functioning.

Note: When you hear ‘healing’ it is not that a person heals you. No. It is when a person has learned to conduct the natural healing energies through them into a person.

That year was a period when energies began to activate in my physical body. I had learned multiple techniques for sending healing energy for someone, remote or in person.

At that time, I began to feel a vibration directly behind the back of my scalp, close to the top of my head when this energy would turn on. My good friend, a healer I have learned from, had told me that when I felt that, it was an indication that someone needs the energy. Send it to the need.

Well, you can guess what is about to happen 🙂

Verifying that human energy can be detected

Sitting in the EEG room, I felt that vibration begin. I had the idea that I would relax and drop my right arm down by my side and imagine it filling up with this healing energy. I did that. Then I lifted my hands and pushed my palms forward towards Andrew’s head to send the energy across the room to him. It was an idea that worked.

Immediately, I saw on the computer screen where all four wave types went to their maximum value without spiking. Then they quickly dissipated in a smooth fashion back to the normal waves. I noticed the technician circle that part of the printout.

Wow, I just confirmed that the unseen energies from my palms registered on electrodes 8-10 feet away. This engineer was happy. If the room didn’t feel like a closet, I wanted to do my happy dance.

A few minutes later, the same vibration signal buzzed the top back of my scalp. I repeated what I had done before. The four brain wave types again went full maximum without spiking and modulated down back to normal. And the technician circled them on the printout again.

Amazing. Again, the energies registered. Ultimate confirmation.

Uh oh, I thought. I hope that is not misinterpreted as a spike that they do not want to see in order for him to stop the medication.

So, the next time I felt that vibration signal, I simply imagined the energy being sent over there without pushing it, as I did before. Success. The brain waves did not change that time.

An ecstatic engineer

I was in heaven, a moment of awakening. Energy from a human, me, is real. There was a medical verification using scientific equipment.

The rest of the story

Once the doctor read the EEG, in another appointment, Andrew was approved to stop taking the medications immediately. Success!

When people plant bad seeds in your mind

Here is what the doctor said to him as we are leaving: “We know that this tends to come back once your into adulthood. I expect to see you within a year”.

As we walked out I asked Andrew: Did you hear what he just said? ‘Yes’. Do you believe him? ‘No’. Good. And that is what happened. He did not need them. His silent seizures stopped.

Later, I asked Andrew what he did while lying on the table hooked up to the EEG electrodes. When he was not napping he was visualizing the EEG results he wanted without any spikes. He and I had been visualizing the same thing for a couple of weeks…and that is what he manifested.

Your body is emitting energy all the time.

When Oprah was doing her talk show, one time she showed a sign right by the door to her office: “You are responsible for the energy you bring”. I kind of got it then but now I understand that energy is the current we are emitting in every situation in our life.

That made me wonder what energy I brought to classes, to clients, to friends, by myself, and other situations.

What do we make of this?

How can we use the fact that we emit energy?

Do you sense your own energy? Other’s energy?

The energy I purposely emitted was detected by a scientific instrument.

Based on this verification, does it make you curious?

Within a year, I was being guided real-time in sessions. What an experience. P.E.A.C.E. Sessions

“I can’t imagine that” Things we say, Say a whole lot. #WordsMatter

“I can’t imagine that.”

Someone asks you if you want to go skydiving. You reply quickly ‘I can’t imagine doing that’.

Or, do you want to expand into a bigger or nicer home. “I can’t imagine that.”

Someone describes their life of abundance. You think to yourself “I can’t imagine that for me’. 

It is a good practice to start noticing your automatic replies to things. Wonder if maybe it’s just not for you or maybe it’s an unconscious limit showing itself to be re-looked at to see if that stills applies to who you are now.

These are declarative statements we sometimes make when something seems too big, too outside the box, too much abundance or too (whatever). And sometimes we just do not have interest or curiosity. That’s valid when it truly applies. 

The truth is people say these things without conscious thought. Wherever they were adopted from, they are showing you and others your limits. Recognize that some limits are necessary and some just stop us from growing. If you don’t catch your self or have a friend notice what you say, then you may be giving clues as to why you are not able to change, be who you choose to be or not achieve your goals.

Thoughts create reality

Conscious + Unconscious thoughts lead to your experience of reality. Generally, a person’s conscious thoughts are up to 10% and unconscious thoughts up to 90%. Yikes! Thus it is good to gain awareness of those unconscious thoughts. This exercise helps.

Having the awareness of the thoughts that drive you activates your innate ability to change.

Schedule a reminder or put a rubber band on your wrist to remind you to do this throughout your day.

The Gift is that each problem you judge in someone else is life giving you a signal to do a little healing within yourself. Why walk around with your open wounds so easily push-able? These are your buttons. Own them. Do a little self-healing and self-realizing, so that no one can push those buttons to cause you pain anymore.

A Masterful Teacher I had in my twenties, Frank Natale said: No one can reject anything about you, unless you have already rejected that within yourself.

Thus these friends, people, coworkers are actually acting as your GPS system for you to find your energy leaks, aka the buttons that cause you pain. Once healed, you gain more personal energy through personal empowerment. Give thanks for them playing their role in your life.

Own It to Be Present in Your Life

In situations where you may judge and condemn others, you are leaking personal energy. Most people think their problems are because of someone else or something outside of themselves. This level of consciousness leaks your personal energy out of you, losing what you could use for fun, loved ones and achieving your goals.

Quite often, people then engage others in their outrage, spewing their self-identifying way of doing life, to all others who operate the same way. This is their Tribe. All the while losing more and more energy. This is called gossip and is a horrible meme, a virus, in mankind’s consciousness. And they are then the source of it.

And you wonder why you are tired! You’re like a leaky water hose, losing power and pressure while spraying everyone else.

Just like real estate being all about location, location, location…

   …Life is about consciousness, consciousness, consciousness.

Invest time and resources in bettering you. It pays a lifelong dividend.

Do something today to make your life better for you and those around you. Consider a coaching session. A trained person can see things for you that aid you in permanently patching the leaks in the flow of your life.

Effective Communication Between Folks is Difficult When People are Busy Filling in the gaps of information with their own past stories from life.

                                What is Effective Communication and How is it Done?

This is a sliver of Brene Brown’s social research mixed with my invaluable training from The Natale Institute about this subject.

When someone is telling you something, a story or something about them self a phenomena happens if the listener does not practice effective listening. The listener will hear one or two points then their brain will take from one of their own stories from life and fill in the missing pieces. It then becomes familiar and understandable that way. That can easily lead to inaccurate judgments and decisions being made.

That moment is what causes so many difficulties. When people do not have facts straight they then share with others a lie that can be the seed that hurts others. If those added pieces were from an unhealed part of the listener’s past then that unhealthiness will be introduced into this relationship thus exacerbating problems. Everything is energy.

I am a licensed spiritual practitioner with the Centers for Spiritual Living, csl.org. In the 1990s the organization had non-accredited classes. One of them was about communication. I taught it and when I led this exercise it was eye opening. I whispered an event with some names and details into one person’s ear. Then that was whispered from one person to another until the final person said out loud what he or she heard. There was barely any semblance of truth to what the original story was. Each person had heard what was not there and added to the story from their own thinking process.

This also happens when someone is operating at a higher than healthy level of stress. Stress distorts thoughts and perceptions and does not allow us to be present to hear accurately.

This is why I like talking with people and being in communities where there is a willingness to verify what they think they heard and there is a freedom to clarify what was heard. But most people just hear what they hear, judge what they judge and move on thinking that they have accurately perceived the truth. Thus problems are propagated and the Universal Value of Unity is not upheld becoming, instead, an ego-driven value of separation.

What to do

When an atmosphere of effective communication has been established then defenses are dropped and hearts connect. Verify and clarify are important qualities to have in healthy effective communication between people. And, all it takes is an intent to connect with someone underneath the facade of life. There are specific skills that can be utilized and styles of communication that promote healthy and effective communication thus healthy and effective relationships.

Effective communication is a necessary topic that leads to an effective atmosphere to get things done in groups, businesses and communities.

There is a plethora of detail that I could write about this subject. And that is beyond the scope of one blogpost. I am attempting to present bites at a time so that the blogpost does not become a dry research paper 🙂

The same situation repeatedly shows up…with different faces. Stop the madness!

Our Perception Causes Problems
          Your feelings convince you it’s someone else doing it to you. Not true. Learn about how you are designed.

 

THIS is at the root cause of so many misinterpretations we make of other people. Then we talk about it to others. That magnifies it. We think we know someone’s intent, agenda or whatever actions against us that we think we are accurately seeing in them. Truth is it exists in our feeling-thought-feeling-thought personal bubble and we are seeing our own reflection; an Infinite Do Loop…that sometimes is keeping us stuck.

 

Your Perspective Filters on Life

Whenever we have been thinking badly of our self in some way, the way we see the world and others changes. Our perspective changes based on our mood, expectations of/from others known/unknown desired/undesired, beliefs, walls, values and more. We see life through all of these and more filters that distort the true reality. Then we may be easily swayed by others which means we take on their life filters. Soon our perception of reality may resemble looking through a kaleidoscope; a fragmented representation of the true reality.

Each of us has/had some inner feelings we do not like that keeps reoccurring

At times in life we are driven by an inner wound that contains certain bad feelings from an unhealed moment in the past. Those same familiar feelings keep happening appearing to be stimulated by external circumstances and people around us. When we look at our life patterns we can find those familiar feelings occurred at other times in life with different faces and different situations. We will see how it keeps happening no matter where we live and no matter who is involved. It is the same script being played out with different people, different faces.

 

For a purpose though…

 

Let us be real with ourselves and acknowledge that we are the common denominator in all these situations. Maybe it is happening because we are doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. A different outcome is impossible and this is the definition of insanity. It is time to look in life’s proverbial feedback mirror (*purpose). An external circumstance is what it is; something that happfeelingened in life. The way we choose to perceive it, judge it, witness it on the spot is our choice, consciously or unconsciously. Often it is a highly reactive choice from the unconscious, reactive mind. It is the knee jerk reaction. And a reactive action by definition is repeating the same old behavior without conscious thought thus experiencing the same old feelings in life.

 

…that are doing their job attempting to point out a soft spot in your underbelly that if healed, life would be better. That’s the purpose of these repeating lessons in life.

 

Bottom line

When you have a moment of feeling bad about yourself, take a pause. Become aware of what you are feeling. How does it feel and where is it? What else can you sense about it? Is this in any way familiar to a repeating childhood feeling? And what have you been thinking about yourself prior to feeling badly about yourself. Thoughts lead our life and stir e-motions = energies in motion within you. This leads to our experiences in life.

 

Want a change?

Write those self-defeating thoughts down. Use pen and paper. It works more neurons in your brain to facilitate a change than typing it out. First relax into your inner self and reflect on wondering what is it about this situation that is wanting my attention? You may search your memories for familiar times in life when you felt the same feelings; who was involved and more details. Ask: What is the message for me to hear? Then pause your thinking and listen from within yourself.

 

Now become deliberate in your thinking. As Abraham, Esther Hicks, says: Contrast in this world helps you sharpen your rocket of desire. Create, choose and craft your thoughts deliberately. Adopt thoughts from others who have what you want. What is the opposite? What is it that you truly want and how do you want to feel? 

 

These are the thoughts you are choosing to think to deliberately cause a change in life? Write these down. Polish them until they feel succinct and powerful when you read them and consider them. Put them on index cards and carry them with you reading them often and practice thinking them as if they are your regular thoughts. Life begins to change accordingly.

 

Awareness Tip

The ego drives this repeating the same thing over and over act while we think that we are moving forward. The ego has its place and benefits in the way we mix and manage our own choice of thoughts from multiple thought channels AND we have to tell it who is boss. You are in charge of your thoughts. You pick and choose your thoughts. Pull the self-defeating thoughts you imagine pulling out of your Mind Garden like you pull weeds from a garden. Plant the chosen thoughts like seeds and every time you read them and contemplate them you are nurturing those thought seeds to grow.

 

How important is your happiness, success and fulfillment? Is it important enough to sit down and take time for your well-being?

 

Choose your thoughts for a deliberate future

“Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy” done either with deliberate intent or unconscious indifference

 

Practice. Make a change 

What could you do for 3 to 5 minutes today that would benefit you, your life and your well-being? Pick a vision, a dream, a goal, a desire, your index card of new thoughts… Sit, close your eyes and choose your thoughts deliberately. Then imagine it is already in your life…as you desire it to be. You have just caused your life to change. Rinse and repeat. And enjoy an unfolding beauty in your life.

Withholds, Those little things that remain unsaid or unasked between you and someone cause…

You have a friendship, a working relationship, a bromance or a romance with someone and suddenly you feel a little less heart from him or her. Slowly or quickly that person closes off to you. You do not understand or know what happened. And most people do not ask difficult questions to clarify things and many people will not tell the truth in difficult conversations. That seems to be the societal norm.

What happens between people in all kinds of relationships that slowly separates them? Of course there could be other specific reasons for that. I want to cover a phenomenon that some people may not be aware of yet. An impact on relationships that stems from the societal norm of being nice or the fear of being authentic. Maybe it is the lack of trained skills to develop and deepen relationships.

We create these blocks that can be called ‘withholds’ between people and we do not realize the impact on our closeness.

Successful Workforce

Every time you judge someone for something you lay a brick between you and them.

Each time you do not clarify a misunderstanding with someone you lay more bricks between you and them.

When you hear something contrary about someone and spread that to others you lay more bricks in a wall of separation.

When you say something about them behind their back you continue building a wall of separation.

You are putting up a brick in an eventual wall of separation if you keep judging that person without communicating with them.

This wall within you then distorts any perspective on that person. It affects your ability to see him or her accurately. The wall begins to fully separate as all past clarity gets obfuscated and covered up.

Then consider the fact that inter-human communication is at least 90% nonverbal and we realize that person has nonverbally picked up on our thoughts that separate us, also.

And we wonder why we have a hard time connecting with people in general. Our perspectives, walls and other foibles distort the clarity of who they are within our mind and who we are in their mind.

Any brick we do not reexamine to see if it can be dissolved will maintain separation.

Do yourself a favor – seek clarity – because there is an additional truth about these thoughts of separation. They exist within your mind and each of them is a block holding you from your own good. Even if the person is to move out of your life it is best done clean. Heal then do conscious separation.

Why am I writing more about interrelation communication?

It is easy to say you want to be more spiritual or be a better person. In the beginning good and new things are happening as your heart and mind open up. As you deepen that way of being in life you will have some periods where things are rocky, the shadow journey that brings such great rewards for those courageous enough to proceed through it. Find those people who will be empowered and empowering throughout life or the lifetime of a project.

Ideas for practicing this

Take a breath and relax. Hold the desire to be clear with this person in your heart. Ask the person if you could talk privately.

When you do meet: Preferably sit across from each other knees to knees almost touching. No barriers. If it’s true for you, then say how difficult it is to ask this or say this. Then ask it in a non-accusatory way; be curious with it.

And listen with your ears, brain and heart. Respond from clear thinking not defenses.

When you hear something derogatory about someone, do you and them a favor. Do this especially if this information conflicts with your previous experiences with that person. Take a breath and say something like hey, I heard something about you that I wanted to tell you (or to ask you about).

Some of us have so many breaks within us including me. This was a big relief and I am grateful that I learned authentic life skills like these in my twenties. I have been practicing as much as I could as I find people or rarely groups who resonate with this level of authenticity and are willing to do it. This authentic approach sometimes does not work for some people.

My training with The Natale Institute has kept me away from gossip which means ultimately you become the subject of gossip. Some people have to throw shade at others. Watch this truth: If you are listening to someone gossip then you can rest assured that the person who was talking gossip about someone else to you will now turn and gossip about you to that someone else. It is not up to you. It is that person’s behavior. Make a choice as to what you want to be around.

What is Effective Communication and How is it Done?

As Frank Natale, The Natale Institute, defined it: Effective Communication is when both people involved are willing to change as a result of this communication. This can be expanded to include ‘all the people’ involved.

Qualities of Environment and People

Safe environment with some absolute rules:

  • All hats, positions of power, are removed and we are all one
  • Communicate at an authentic level to get clear

Benefits to teams and groups of people and individuals

Create an avenue for self expression.

Create an atmosphere of trust.

Then foster deep inner creativity which I also train enhancing it and accessing creativity on cue.

You can potentially create an environment that fosters an effective team or group of people or a humanity project. Teams who want to be a self expressive collective force to reckon with would benefit.

Commitment

A commitment to Unity with another person. They have let go of the intent to separate.

Effective Speaking and Listening

The person speaking uses ‘I’ statements owning the impact with him or her of what was said or some event happened to the other person

The person listening is fully present feeling and hearing what is being communicated verbally and nonverbally.

[I will add to this post with more detail as I write other topics from this concept.]

This is sort of a post to define Effective Communication. I will refer to this post as I introduce some guidelines and methods to practice this.

I offer these empowering classes that deal directly with this including in an experiential learning manner. I was well-trained by them and I apprenticed with Wilbert Alex. I now comprehend broader applied sciences to human consciousness, spiritual empowering approaches and the matrix of energies in which we exist and can thrive as much as we seek.

Who would benefit from this sort of training?

Teams that want to be tight with each other, trusting in and empowering each other. Could be emergency crews, boardrooms, business teams, nonprofit, spiritual, medical teams, educational teams and others.

It is deeply empowering for those spiritual communities who seek to build a tight bond and trust amongst members.

Affirm: I spread open the wings of my heart to support others

And nurture friends who do that for you. Imagine having a nest of friends supporting each other to grow and emerge into their best lives sharing the fun and aggravation of growing into who they came to be in this life and the purpose they came to do.

Hmm… Maybe life is just a continuous growing phase and we have the throttle.

The Miraculous Power of Letting Go

I recently had a direct experience of choosing to walk through this process for my own life. Thanks to a friend I had 3 days at a lake house where I let go like dumping the contents of a household into the trash. I dumped the trash and debris of life from within my inner household. The changes in my life are still happening two weeks later. A change into a better sleep pattern. There’s now room for new ideas and they are abundant. There’s now room for good feelings within me and they are abundant. There’s now room for greater results to occur in my life and they are becoming abundant. There is a noticeable increase in clarity and focus in my life endeavors. And weight is starting to fall off with my natural appetite at about one-third of what it was.

Affirmation: I am grateful that I have the free will and courage to let go of life’s debris thus open to life’s gifts, guidance and miracles.

50 sec Audio on Love: Do you retreat to it or Come from it?

The pianist had played a song about love. I was about to give the talk on An Inner Revolution…and this short concept came to me and out of my mouth.

A terrorist strike happens killing many people. Someone with an assault rifle takes his hatred out on many people; happening frequently in the US.

In crisis humanity unites and talks ‘love’ a lot. Then everyone goes back to their normal life.

What would it be like if we came from love as our basis instead of love being just our ‘go to’ position in crisis?
