We are so much more powerful than we ever give ourselves credit for. There is a way to use our brain, as it is designed, to make changes within ourselves and in our experiences of life.

Cognitive therapists talk about how our brain is designed to use both cognitive and intuitive functioning. The approaches I have learned activate the mostly unknown truth that we can also use our intuitive functioning just as easily as we use our logic. It provides immeasurable benefits.

It just takes the right training.

I first learned how to use Left/Right Brain Integration Skills at age 24. It has empowered me in ways that my students now experience; below. The fantastic news is that once we use these skills our life opens up and we can continue to expand out of any small life box in which we find ourselves.

Here is a progression of personal development reported to me by a student this year

The Gift is that each problem you judge in someone else is life giving you a signal to do a little healing within yourself. Why walk around with your open wounds so easily push-able? These are your buttons. Own them. Do a little self-healing and self-realizing, so that no one can push those buttons to cause you pain anymore.

A Masterful Teacher I had in my twenties, Frank Natale said: No one can reject anything about you, unless you have already rejected that within yourself.

Thus these friends, people, coworkers are actually acting as your GPS system for you to find your energy leaks, aka the buttons that cause you pain. Once healed, you gain more personal energy through personal empowerment. Give thanks for them playing their role in your life.

Own It to Be Present in Your Life

In situations where you may judge and condemn others, you are leaking personal energy. Most people think their problems are because of someone else or something outside of themselves. This level of consciousness leaks your personal energy out of you, losing what you could use for fun, loved ones and achieving your goals.

Quite often, people then engage others in their outrage, spewing their self-identifying way of doing life, to all others who operate the same way. This is their Tribe. All the while losing more and more energy. This is called gossip and is a horrible meme, a virus, in mankind’s consciousness. And they are then the source of it.

And you wonder why you are tired! You’re like a leaky water hose, losing power and pressure while spraying everyone else.

Just like real estate being all about location, location, location…

   …Life is about consciousness, consciousness, consciousness.

Invest time and resources in bettering you. It pays a lifelong dividend.

In this world, we are educated and socialized to use our left brain, which has to do with the logical thinking. However, the ability to alter something in our life exists in accessing the right brain as well, the intuitive mind.

In this class, we will learn to access whole brain thinking, based on applied brain science. This trains us that we can maximize the use of our right, intuitive brain as much as our left, logical brain, becoming more deliberate about our lives, directing our thoughts for internal and external change, and achieving our goals, whether they be career, health, wellness, mental or physical.

What if you could bend the matrix of reality to have the life of your dreams?

We do live in a multidimensional reality

+ We have within us the skills, once learned, that lighten up life while improving it and allowing for a more fulfilling life of achievement, self-direction and self-management.

To the question at hand… Bending the matrix of reality 

Yes, you can bend reality and you are doing this yet are simply unaware  that your thoughts cause the results in life.

Thus my favorite topic… How do we tap into our inner potential to alter life?

I first learned precise thinking and visualization to cause a change within me or externally in life, in Malaysia as a young engineer living and working in Indonesia. These skills directly empowered me to improve my job performance significantly. And management started noticing my achievements and performance under those stressful and sometimes dangerous situations.

It truly is nice to be able to choose your desired behavior, task performance or pain release through lining up your thoughts in a precise manner leading to achieving with greater ease, less struggle.

Find a better path
Find a better path through reality to what you want in life

When we make choices about what we want in life and practice living them within our own trained imagination we are literally programming our brain neurons to be able to recognize and act upon ‘the goal’ when opportunities start coming to us. It also sends out energy from your body’s energetic system to move the matrix of reality creating a path leading towards the desired result.

This may sound fanciful or too science fiction and it happens to be true.

As an affirmed geek I just luv this stuff. And it is practical, repeatable, follows laws and principle of the unseen forces that cause life, and leads us to becoming who we want to become.and to achieving what we are impelled to achieve.

Procedure to bend reality to be a path to achieve your results:

  • Select a relaxed atmosphere inside or outside
  • Find that ‘just right’ position to sit and get relaxed
  • Close your eyes
  • Place you attention on the airflow going in and out of your nostrils and mouth as you breathe in through your mouth
  • Hold it for a few seconds at the top then exhale deeply
  • Continue breathing in and out as your body and mind relax
  • Tell unwanted thoughts to float on like a cloud in the sky
  • Create in your imagination, using your senses, of having the result you are choosing to create in your life
  • Be sure to generate the emotions of having it. This fuels it
  • Enjoy

Deliberate ThinkingThought Creates Your Reality

   Great thoughts yield a great life

      Clear thoughts produce clear life results. Confusion does otherwise.

         Deliberate thoughts yield a life of one’s choosing and loving

Reality is the Result of a process begun by the thoughts a person is choosing to imagine, feel and focus on in their mind and heart. It gestates in the Creative Mind where the unseen Creative Forces begin arranging for it. It is nurtured through one’s regular relaxed imaginative focus upon their life as they see it, as if it is already done.

If you are new to these empowering concepts or if you are an old hat at it… Study this previous paragraph and implement it. Practice it regularly and watch how new opportunities and ideas show up, how you synchronistically run into the right person or overhear the right conversation and other opportunities come to you. You simply begin to magnetize what is needed to accomplish what you are imagining into your sphere of life. Many other events occur in your life and in your mind and heart that are different signs. This is simply working with the Creative Mind as it is always providing you what your life choices have brought you to. Each of those choices made in your mind hopefully with great input from the heart-mind.

What are your thoughts when it comes to:

  • Self care
  • Are you in charge of your life or is it in charge of you?
    • Take charge and learn how to refocus it deliberately
  • Love of and for friends and family
  • Romantic Love
  • Play
  • Travel
  • Career success and happiness
  • Material world: house, car, other desires
  • Finances, Investments
  • Heart Care as in forgiving, healing and expanding your inner sacred heart
  • Mind care as in learning, challenging yourself
  • Spiritual growth and care as in learning, practicing 
  • Emotional care is different from Heart Care although they are connected. More…

Consider a different perspective on emotions. They can be seen as e-motions = energies in motion. The e-motions you feel are your programmed inner interpretation of how the energies feel that are running throughout your body system and all around you. You can sense that in your head, your chest or other locations by quieting yourself and focusing your attention in the different areas within. 

If anything, take some personal care time, grab a pen and pad, find a comfy place, play some music that brings you peace and focus. Then lose yourself in an hour of daydreaming, contemplating and expanding the thought box in which your life is being lived.

Contemplate what you desire in life from today to next month to the end of the year and bigger longer-term goals. Write them down. Play with them until they feel good; i.e. they are stirring up good energies within you that you interpret as feeling good.

Yes, it is a tedious process in what was just written. To parse and discern one’s thoughts, emotions and inner workings is to gain more and more dominion over your inner self…thus your experiences of life.

Set your intent & Choose your life deliberately to stay focused…

Take the first step into that scary idea.

Someone who has come to some events shared with me that his intention is to HAVE intention. He shared more that he wants to improve his approach to life to do other things that will help him to deliberately focus his life.

First off, I can relate. We all can relate.

We are all born with a resource full of incredible inherent skills that let us choose and focus our life as precisely and deliberately as we dare to and to stretch as far as we are willing to stretch in this life.

Plus we all feel that¬†internal universal nudge within to make a change here and there…until we successfully squelch it.

To have the desire to set your intent and live more deliberately is a transition step for the people who choose to live life at a different level, authentically and deliberately. You use a different set of inner empowerment skills (intent, choice, clarity, focus, listen, ease, to name a few) to drive life from within rather than the external modus operandi such as stress, over-pushing, force, make it happen, etc. Using the inner skills stirs things up and opportunities will begin to appear while clarity is received. That is when you take external action. Be prepared and ready for the right opportunity.

Second, thank you for trusting me. I appreciate when someone shares with me. I believe what we hold within us is more valuable than anything external to us. Thus when someone shares from within I value their truth.

I will know for him his higher truth while he is finding his inner inspiration (Spirit Within) to embrace this next step towards personal freedom and expression.

I find that I feel best about my life and move forward when I do this:

  1. Read my written list of life results and imagine them to be already true, daily or more often.
  2. I take my personal time: Several minutes to do inner focusing, finding calm within me, pose questions, get in sync, and imagine my day.
  3. Deep breathe hourly to flush out the stale energies and bring in refreshing energies.

So, let’s take a cue from this man and set an¬†intent for the week or month or maybe for your life or for this phase of it. It does not have to be elaborate. Make it a clear focus that resonates within you. Write it down next to your list of goals.

Take some time, right now, and write out an intent for your life. What comes to you? Craft some results you desire to have in life written as if you already have them. Write what you would like to experience in life.

And in case this seems too much consider: Why not try something different? One small inner change results in noticeable changes in life.

There is this great little book that helps you start the flow of abundance in life, The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price. It is a pocketbook full of punch. There are 10 days of mind-expanding concepts and life expanding daily affirmations that you do 4 times over to grow into and embrace the change.

Day 8: “My consciousness of the Spirit within me as my unlimited Source is the Divine Power to restore the years the locusts have eaten {continued}”

Your ego sometimes acts like a swarm of locusts that creates, imagines and makes up whatever fears are needed to prevent you from considering any kind of change. This analyzing and fear feed off the new energy that comes with this new idea until it is devoid of life-giving energy.

The untamed ego’s job is to stop you from making a change or from taking any step forward. It likes life exactly as it is. This includes the highs, lows and in between; the pains, problems, limited pleasures, long-forgotten dreams and more. Until you tame the ego its job is to shut down change. The older you¬†get the more this likely¬†applies.

Slowly letting thoughts turn into concrete in the mind while wondering why the gusto of life is gone.

The ego knows how to respond and manage status quo in each area of life whether effective or not.¬†People tend to like thinking they¬†know what they are doing in all situations because the unknown is one of the greatest fears for most people. People will do anything to avoid feeling as if they do not immediately have the answer. The ego’s life-breath is¬†the familiarity of what is; what a person has, his pains and her limits are just the way life is; never to be challenged.

The logical mind is like a massive life library of all experiences, lessons, changes, events in life, learned behaviors, etc. You learned the software to run your mind, heart, body and life from the significant adults in your youth. It only knows how to do something it has already done or do it from reading or YouTubing how someone else does it. It does not have new thoughts. It receives, learns and stores other people’s thoughts and ways to live life.

The logical mind has never heard a new thought that it does not at first seek to reject
Until it is tamed.

The creative mind is like a full-on connection to the vast and infinite creativity that makes life, sustains life and constantly expands this universe. Your consciousness is designed to expand as far as your inner vision and drive offer for you to stretch in this lifetime. These are the new thoughts that are caught by your brain like a radio tuner receives the matching station. This is accessible and can be accessed on cue with practice of some guided internal focus methods.

We are all designed to access the creative/intuitive/expansive mind equally as we all currently access the logical, repeating functions, physically oriented mind. The ego is the awareness the emanates from this logical mind.

But what about that inner pull to go for an expansive experience?

This is likely your intuitive guidance for you to take a single step or to jump right in. We are designed with multiple streams of thoughts available. These include logical, intuitive, heart, soul and more; each with its own perspective on the situation. This inner pull derives from¬†your¬†inner knowing, the heart’s attraction to that stream of energy of life force that will be flowing through the veins, so to speak. The thrill of feeling exhilarating energy; it may have been a while.

You are at a life choice point

Will you stay with the familiar or maybe it is time to step outside the lines of life, as they are.

Motivation: Read this poem The Comfort Zone

When was the last time you walked outside the lines of life to summon those great-feeling life-giving forces that stimulate new ideas and fresh opportunities.

Sometimes it is prudent to hold back and stay where you are.

You learn about yourself from practice…as long as you push to¬†take a chance once in a while to be more expansive and experience¬†more dimensions within yourself. However, as I have been fortunate enough to have had a couple of teachers I consider Masters, Native American Chiefs, Shamans, powerful catalysts¬†for strong change I’ve achieved in my life. And I have made bad choices; each one stings. Through that contrast in life you get better; sharpen the focus of what brings you joy instead of talking about the pains; passion instead of being low; forward movement instead of fear; expansion over limited status quo.

Feeling more expansive within yourself is such a magnificently rewarding sensation.

Achievement trumps failure though a failures always contain gems as learning lessons about life and yourself. Oprah’s Master Class on OWN channel has successful people talk about the journey from who they used to be to who they are now. Each one says they learned the greatest lessons from their mistakes. Abraham, a current day guide and teacher, says the contrast in life is what helps us to sharpen our rocket of desire for what we do want. I add: And it brings the energy for motivation and inspiration.

Usually that initial excitement is the one to follow. It was detected before our status quo defense system gets engaged.

Read this about the truth of your inner Light that seeks expression

Remind yourself:

“Keep doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results is to be insane.”

Nearly every person who has “made it”, as we judge it, has stood right in that doorway to a higher sense of self-expression. What to do? You¬†are facing¬†your fears and choosing to engage other more connected thoughts from the heart. Take that first frightening step. Then you have pushed through the invisible wall that limits life.

What is it that calls from within you for an expansive experience?

One of my first steps into the unknown

With my electrical engineering degree I was fortunate enough to graduate in a great economy and had twenty+ job offers. I embraced what I understand to be a major trait of us Sagittarius folks. I went for the adventure that had been squashed inside of me my entire life in a family that didn’t travel more than a few hundred miles by car. This deep impulse moved me to accept the offer to work for a French company anywhere in the world except North America. My soul purred; perfect. I lived in the Far East. Loved it, loved it, loved almost every single aspect of it. From a hometown of 150 people to traveling, working in and living in other countries.

My adventurous nature can be strong. It broadened my horizons in the most expansive way beyond anything I ever could have imagined having grown up in a small Texas farm town; went to school in the big town of 1500.

There is such expansiveness, great, fabulous, life-giving, heart embracing, character building, storytelling fodder and so much more to do something that is so far beyond your fears and limits. The further outside of your life’s current box the most benefit.

I had my fears and now I have the strength from having pushed through many of them plus the countless rewards of real moments with people from many cultures.

May we all attract to us the opportunities for self expansion to live as who we are designed to be. And then push through. Then live in a much expanded life box… until it is time to do it again.

Answer, let it be
Be in a ‘Let It Be’ mindset to effectively change life.

[This is from a talk I gave Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Center for Spiritual Living Central Texas. I will upload it once I’ve cleaned the audio file.]

“When I find myself in times of trouble
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be.‚ÄĚ

Let It Be is your soul’s portal beyond the woes of yesteryears and the fears of future years. It is your place of peace, of solace, of causation and of being in and receiving unconditional love and guidance.There’s no defense to push against. There’s no judgment to condemn. There’s no stance except one of peace and acceptance knowing you have the support of life to handle anything and everything in life.

“And when the broken hearted people
Living in the world agree,
There will be an answer, let it be.”

From there, that place of acceptance and peace, then find an answer… Let IT Be.

“And when the night is cloudy,
There is still a light that shines on me,
Shine on until tomorrow, let it be.”

In this Let It Be state of being there is an inner Light that shines the way. Allow it.

How to Practice

Set this Inner Goal

Shift your inner self into a neutral place where you accept it, drop the judgments, the telling it to change, the critical eye, the condemnation, lack of acceptance whatever it is you think will change by pushing against it. Really. Has it ever worked? And lasted?

To change something from within we must accept it as it is, first.

Let It Be.

The Secret

Some will¬†discover a great secret¬†to self improvement once they¬†let go of that control thing and shift to ‘Let It Be’ mode. Just do it for one little thing in life. Experiment. Yes, It can be ‘trying’ to change this; it was challenging¬†for me, a previous uber super Type A.

This ‘Let It Be’ state of being is an inner place where we can learn to direct our thoughts, feelings, emotions, energies, and assist our own healing process. I am a living testimony having begun learning in my early twenties while living and working in Indonesia and it continues to amaze me as to how much of our inner resources we can utilize to steer our life as we desire it to be.

If this is new to you, then hang in there with me… I’m an engineer and this all makes more sense as you learn, even from a science-based approach.

Suggested steps

When something happens or someone says something that you would normally react to, make a simple choice to handle it differently.

BE in charge of Yourself

Pause Life. Set an intent to be in charge of yourself.

Move the stressful energies

Take a deep breath in. Hold it for a moment.

Then release it imagining and feeling some of the stress-filled energy leaving you while exhaling your breath.

Allow yourself to relax in mind, body and heart.

Repeat a few more times.

Turn a portion of your mental/heart attention within and observe your thoughts, what you are saying to yourself, what you are hearing others say to you in your head, notice if this is a pattern, sense the tone.

Expand into another Dimension to Life

We use our brain to access logical thoughts (use mostly left brain hemisphere) and intuitive thoughts (use mostly right brain hemisphere)…under our control, by the way.

We use our heart to sense the depth, the energy, the inner senses of what is going on. The heart accesses another dimension to life. You know you have met people who have no heart connection in operation and then those who do. There is a difference to the person and to the thoughts each has access to. This is written as a tease for a new concept I have received and done some research concerning the interactions of the Logical Mind + Intuitive Mind + Heart Mind Space. They all work together.

I teach/coach this stuff. Life becomes much more than just 3-Dimensional. It becomes satiating, fulfilling, achievements of innermost desires.

Some people are sensitive to feeling their heart space. How do these thoughts make you feel? Joyous and happy or upset at the past? Do they raise you up above past life woes or leave you clinging to them? Where will they lead you, to your dreams or to your sadness?

Be Deliberate in Your Thoughts

Create, select and craft the thoughts that take you where you want to go in life. Identify those thoughts that do not…and pull them like you pull weeds out of a¬†flower bed.

Then immediately plant the seed of some newly crafted thoughts from the previous step to be mindful.

Nourish the new thought-seed:

  • Write it down in first person: I have __. I Am __. I am doing __.
  • Read it frequently.
  • Own it every single time you think of it…as if it is you, already.
  • Feel it viscerally using your imagination. Choose the feelings that go with having it.
  • Take some time to close your eyes, relax and create some dreams about having it, doing it, being it. Play with it. Embrace it, as if it is you and your life.

Be committed and persistent

Remember the power of commitment only has the limit that are¬†its owner’s limit…you. Whatever you believe is your limit, is, by definition. You establish your limits.Read this poem by Goethe; it’s on this blog and can be downloaded.

Keep at it. Using these inner power skills the only way you do not get what you want is if you give up. By definition, the Universe, the Intelligent Quantum Field, the God/Spirit/Buda… always says ‘YES’ to your deep-seated requests of life.

Set yourself up for Success

Practice this on easier things in the beginning, Do not try to use this on the most difficult thing. Select easy, simple things to learn how it feels to approach it differently. Practice it and learn that you can gain dominion over you and your inner self.

I find that worthwhile

This is a natural way for high achievers to improve themselves: Always find that place to accept life as it, Let It Be, because from there you can most effectively initiate change.

Please be clear. This post is a post to myself. When I put things ‘out there’ I tend to hold myself more accountable to living this way than I may be when I keep it to myself. Understood? And, just maybe, this will assist you ūüėČ

In yesterday’s post – Life Difficulties: An Empowering Perspective¬†– I shared realizations, sparked by Michael Beckwith, that have helped in shifting my mind from perceiving difficulties into more forward-positive ways of perceiving events. This is another piece of the puzzle.

Everyone has an inkling inside themselves as to who they are to be in this life. AND everyone has that logical mind that only knows to project its fears into your future. I teach and coach about the two brain modes we are all born with. Each has their duties and, when properly trained, each can be utilized for its greatest benefits. I believe it is always best to find the benefits of things from the perspective that if it exists there must be a positive viewpoint for it.

Simple Overview of Brain Functions

The left brain hemisphere, mostly,  contains a logical database of everything that has been learned in this life through school, others and direct life experiences. This is the pathway for your Logical Thought Channel and is the connection to this world of form through your five physical senses.

The right brain hemisphere, mostly, is the creative connection to life. It is the state of mind where you dream, sleep, meditate, vision and other endeavors that are not limited to this current physical experience of life. It is a place where time and space have no meaning. This is the pathway for your Intuitive Thought Channel.

The Logical Thought Channel only knows what it already knows. The  Intuitive Thought Channel has access to anything and everything that is possible to know. It is connected to the Source, the God, the Quantum Intelligence, whatever label you prefer.

Your logic has never heard a creative thought that it, at first, did not resist. It always has to be trained to accept new thoughts and ideas. This is just the nature of the beast.

Afraid Fear cartoonIntuitive Guidance vs Ego Fear Thoughts

When you hear that steady quiet voice of knowing¬†from your intuitive thought channel telling you ‘it’s time for a change’, you are supposed to act on it. It continues by whispering ‘You’re here to do more. You are to _____’.

You will inevitably hear thoughts from your logical mind (also known as your ego) that will likely be all about fear, lack and limitation.

The more you have validated your fear thoughts the more you will hear the ego’s fears. They have been trained to be relevant to you.

Here is a suggestion:

You will feel afraid. Say to yourself ‘I’m doing it anyway’.
You will hear ‘I’m afraid to try something new’. Say to yourself ‘I’m doing it anyway’.
You hear ‘I’m afraid to fail’. Say with authority ‘I’m doing it anyway’.
The ego says ‘I’m afraid of what people may say about me’. ¬†Tell it ‘shh, I’m doing it anyway’.

Then you may have friends and family share their opinions that represent what your ego is saying. They are doing you a favor. It is like your ego is giving you a chance to stand up for yourself by validating your intuition. Tell them tactfully: I hear what you’re saying. I have had those thoughts. And this is something that I am compelled to do. I could use your support as I challenge myself to grow. This works to say to your ego, also.

F-E-A-R = False Evidence Appearing Real

All of this fear is the logical brain projecting its uncertainty into your future. You are in charge. Listen to it. Say ‘thank you but I’m doing it anyway. It is time to make a life change and I am committed to doing it. Ego, get on board’.

I first heard this through Dr. Wayne Dyer: E-G-O is Edging God Out. How accurate. The ego cannot handle the idea of someone knowing more than it knows and no matter what your definition of God is… It definitively knows more than the ego since It is limitless and the ego is only based on past knowledge.

What would you do if you had no fear?Summary

Cultivate your Inner Knowing so that you hear its guidance. Practice trusting your Intuition by acting on it and learning whether it is accurate or not. Remember, your Intuition is the thought process through which your Inner Knowing communicates to you. It is not concerned with the way things have always been. It is not encumbered by fears and limitations.

Gain Mastery over your Mind. Train it that you are in charge and you will select which thoughts you are going to pay attention to. Then keep your word with yourself. Tell your ego that you hear it and your are choosing to do it anyway.

Change your inner self, listen to your guidance and move your feet. Do what you came to this planet to do.

Consider this

In the complete timeline of humanity there will only be one you. Like snowflakes there are not two alike. You are a unique expression of the Divine with your own mission, your own talents and gifts and your own personality. How could you ever doubt that you are here to do your greatness, no matter how big or small you may judge it to be. This is why you came here. Learn how to work with your inner faculties. It makes accomplishing your purpose so much easier.

Maintaining Emotional Agility in Life | Who We Are, part 1

Life is a journey. Believing this helps in a person’s ability to 1) persist through the inevitable storms of life and 2) have a larger perspective on current life detail which helps to lessen stress.

Life is never going to remain absolutely awful as it will never always be continuously rosy. We live in a world of contrast where we have the opportunity to do what we want and be who we are. Sometimes difficult things happen in life and it hurts. Depending on the event and our current strength of self it will have an affect on different levels of who we are: emotional, energetics, mental, physical and/or spiritual.

I do not intend to make light of anyone’s circumstances, pains or difficulties. It is truly tough at times and sometimes we need a shoulder to lean on. Most hard knocks come with some kind of emotional pain since that is one of our senses that helps us to detect that it is difficult.¬†Emotions have a strong energetic vibration kind of like sound does. Sound causes a movement of energy that is detected by the ears. Emotions cause a more visceral movement of energy within the body. It is the major energetic component of the event ¬†This energy, when blocked, will store itself in the body. This ends up being that place in your body that always tells you when you are experiencing stress. You know, that shoulder that always hurts or that spot below the shoulder blade that is painful when there is a stressor in life. It tightens up or does more…

In other words when you stop your emotions from being expressed you stop the movement of this energy that is arising from within you so that it can be released. This energy was initiated by some life experience which then became a memory that is associated with this emotion/feeling.

This becomes an unresolved wound. Even if it was 1, 10 or more years ago it is still a wound. It is still affecting your life. You have just forgotten it. Just because you have pushed it aside means that it is affecting your perception of life. You are making decisions that avoid that wound. Your awareness of life is clouded in that area of life. If someone does anything that is remotely close to that original wounding event you will likely have some kind of re-action. The deeper the wound the stronger the re-action. The wound is forgotten but its effects remain.

Even when you have forgotten the event you have not released yourself from it; a part of you is stuck there. This is when people typically will say that it is not important to deal with it. It’s in the past, I can’t do anything about it now. What good would it do? It’s water under the bridge. Just suck it up and go on with life. Real men don’t cry.

All of those common sentiments are okay and life is a choice.

But consider this example: Someone who had taken my classes came to me for personal coaching. As we delved into what she thought was the issue it became obvious that there was a major pain in her past that was unresolved. I worked with her about forgiveness and recorded an audio guided mind cycle for her to use after the session. Within days she contacted me and said that she had not been able to move her head to the side without moving her shoulders with it for 15++ years. She had been to doctors and chiropractors and had found no relief. Then that morning on the way to work when she went to check behind her she easily and naturally rotated her head for the first time in all these years without even thinking about it. That emotional charge was gone. She was freed from that painful part of her past AND she had freed up that energy that was stuck in the past to be used in her present life.

Simply by doing the forgiveness process she released that original emotional pain and now her body had the mobility it is supposed to have.

Forgiveness is not done to let the other person(s) off the hook. Forgiveness is done to let yourself off the hook of that event so that you can move on in life. Once forgiveness is complete you will be able to recall the memory but the emotional charge will be gone…

And the process is not ever as frightening as one might imagine. It is NOT important nor valuable to relive the experience; that is an old school way of doing this process. With the skills I use of approaching it from your emotional/mental/energetic/spiritual levels you will touch upon it just enough to open those emotions so that they drain out of your body. And it is just old energy draining out of you so it is not as painful as your mind may perceive it will be initially. It may seem like a mountain to climb but it always ends up being a molehill.

Plus you will find that you have new energy for your life once this is done. You have freed up that old energy that sucks your current energy because a part of you has had to keep suppressing it.

Many people believe that if you hold onto emotional pains then they become dis-ease within your consciousness which then hardens to became a disease in your body. I tend to agree with this since it is now well known that 90% of all illnesses and headaches are caused by stress. And emotional energy causes stress within the body.

You are an emotional being along with spiritual, physical, mental and other layers. It is important to keep your emotional body fairly clear of old debris so that you can accurately detect what is in your life now using your clear emotional senses.
