Your Imagination is Your Way Out of a Limited Life Box
Everyone goes through phases where something in life is too rote or not working anymore or it is just time for that change. The more a person evolves in this lifetime, the more a person has to grow out of limiting life boxes.
The challenge is that people tend to linger on what is not working. Neuroscientists say that the brain is designed to learn a habit and stick with it. It is in our brain’s wiring, i.e. neural programming. One loud NO registers immediately and the brain changes. It takes several strong YES’s to register in the brain.
The great news is that consciousness supersedes habitual programming. It just takes knowing how.
Proper use of consciousness leads us out of stuck-ness
Every single thing we have done in life involves imagining it first. It is such an automatic process that we may not be aware of it. And it is our saving grace in life. The imagination creates the life framework to change and, done at the right brain frequency, reprograms the heart and brain neurons so that we can accomplish a desired change in life.
So, have your pity party 🙂 It is a part of the process…and oh my, I have had mine for way too long. At some point we are recreating the same thing over and over. When we only use our logical mind it is so focused on the past that it is recreating it for the future, over and over. Life becomes a continuous groundhog day, as in the movie.
Until we declare STOP the madness!
Make the shift:
Pause your normal thoughts.
Focus on deep breathing for a few moments. Breathe in through your nose being mindful of the air flow coming in. Hold it to the count of three. Exhale through the mouth noticing the flow of air coming up from your lungs, out your mouth. Do this a few times.
The more you focus on this flow of air, the more you remove the energy from those incessant thoughts and shift into your inner center where all real power comes forth.
That begins the shift.
Focus your attention onto what you desire, as if you have it, and let the energy that was fueling the old thoughts bring life to what you desire.
This shifts you onto your new chosen path.
Rinse and repeat. Do this process daily or even multiple times each day. This tells yourself that ‘I am making this change’. And you are telling Life, the Universe, what you desire instead. Stick with it to observe new ideas, opportunities and more come to you.
I hope this helps begin your process of change. Have patience and be willing to do something new to see the results you have in life.

Someone asks you if you want to go skydiving. You reply quickly ‘I can’t imagine doing that’.
Or, do you want to expand into a bigger or nicer home. “I can’t imagine that.”
Someone describes their life of abundance. You think to yourself “I can’t imagine that for me’.
It is a good practice to start noticing your automatic replies to things. Wonder if maybe it’s just not for you or maybe it’s an unconscious limit showing itself to be re-looked at to see if that stills applies to who you are now.
These are declarative statements we sometimes make when something seems too big, too outside the box, too much abundance or too (whatever). And sometimes we just do not have interest or curiosity. That’s valid when it truly applies.
The truth is people say these things without conscious thought. Wherever they were adopted from, they are showing you and others your limits. Recognize that some limits are necessary and some just stop us from growing. If you don’t catch your self or have a friend notice what you say, then you may be giving clues as to why you are not able to change, be who you choose to be or not achieve your goals.

We are so much more powerful than we ever give ourselves credit for. There is a way to use our brain, as it is designed, to make changes within ourselves and in our experiences of life.
Cognitive therapists talk about how our brain is designed to use both cognitive and intuitive functioning. The approaches I have learned activate the mostly unknown truth that we can also use our intuitive functioning just as easily as we use our logic. It provides immeasurable benefits.
It just takes the right training.
I first learned how to use Left/Right Brain Integration Skills at age 24. It has empowered me in ways that my students now experience; below. The fantastic news is that once we use these skills our life opens up and we can continue to expand out of any small life box in which we find ourselves.

From my own experience and reports from others, these are natural progressions which occur for everyone who learns and uses it.
These skills can be learned in class and in private sessions. The private sessions allow you to learn the ones that apply to your immediate life needs.
Embed goals within your inner being to make for achieving your goal become a powerful process from within. From within you is where all your true power for long lasting change emanates.
Once comlete, your life will begin to move in that direction. And you will find it unfolds in your awareness, in new ideas, in things to release and things to embrace.. You will begin to have synchronous events and opportunities that show you the way forward.
First, identify the goal’s phrasing using your body’s feedback mechanisms clarifying the precise wording to make it perfect for you. Usually the right goal is a balance of challenging yet very doable. Select a goal either slightly beyond where you are or greatly beyond your current life experiences. You could dare to choose the one that brings major leaps forward in life.
This becomes your Desired Result in life. Once this is clear, the integration process begins.
You will be guided in a series of movements while you say your Desired Result either aloud or silently. This integrates and syncs your left and right brain. And each phase embeds it deeper into your Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic layers of who you are, referred to as your unseen bodies.
Powerful energy is unleashed.
You will leave with the written goal, a sense of accomplishment and instructions to back it up. I will continue to support you if you need a brief phone call or email.

Beliefs in what is possible, values in how life should be, moral judgements, conclusions made in unhealed past experiences, gossip you heard about someone, peer’s beliefs, family conditioning for life, and on and on… each is a filter to the lens that is between the raw reality of one’s physical reality and the cut, edited and deleted input your conscious thought perceives and you experience.
Think of it this way. When you put on a pair of glasses with a colored lens everything has that color tint to it. And there are colors and areas of life that cannot be seen with these glasses.
When we stay within our own life boundaries and beliefs that is all we can perceive in life as possible. Anything outside our self-defined life boundaries is sometimes not heard or recognized because of a person’s perspective filter. And the perspective filter is different for every single person on the planet. It is a wonder we can ever find agreement.
We are designed to see beyond our current perspective filters
Our physical eyes can only see until there is a wall, fog or physical obstruction. Our physical olfactory sense works as long as the fragrance makes it to the nasal passage in the face. Our ears can hear a sound as long as that vibration makes it to our ears. Touch works as long as it is within arms reach. And taste can only taste things that are on the tongue; of course smell has a lot to do with taste.
Thankfully we are born with a Spiritual Layer to us that has broader perceptive abilities beyond what the human senses can detect. There is a spiritual (energetic) sense for every human sense. We can hear, see, touch, taste, feel and know beyond the limits of the physical senses using these spiritual senses.
The third eye is the spiritual eye that can see beyond obstacles, around corners and through darkness in life thus guiding us beyond what we can physically see. The spiritual sense is without limitations like walls, dark periods in life, length limits of arms for touch, location of nostrils for smell, distance between ears and sound, etc, obstacles, difficulties, pains and more. They help guide us even when life has disturbances, disruptions, and the like.
We are designed so well for self-determination. We have free will to choose what we think, feel and do. No one can control that except us. And what we think is the beginning to what is experienced in life. We can learn methods to lift up our eyes from the human condition and the physical senses when life is not to our liking. This opens us up to a spiritual perspective, the intuitive mind and much inner guidance that will provide new ideas and a sense of direction.
Change your perspective.
Take a weekend trip.
Disconnect from reality for a day.
Imagine being in space.
Work with someone trained to coach you out of your accumulated life muck into a fresh perspective on life where your forgotten dreams, too-good and to-do ideas are still possible. This is a beautiful process to catalyze within someone.
When I do a P.E.A.C.E. Personal Energy Alignment, Clearing and Expansion Session for someone…almost every time they have a big change in life. Their perspective changes totally aligns more towards their true nature which is good, abundant, skilled, focused, etc.
One lady called me the next day and told me that when she got home after our session her dogs were not barking and her 2 children were getting along. The dogs have never not barked when she got home and her early adulthood children, one with special needs, did not get along together. She called to tell me that THEY had changed. I offered the truth is that SHE had changed.
One thirty-something man was walking down South Lamar Blvd the day after wondering to himself what kind of man he wanted to grow into. At that moment there was a book on the sidewalk right next to his foot that was titled What Kind of Man Are You?
The Grand Design For Success & Holistic Wellness

Holistic wellness leads to an empowered life and a real sense of well-being inside and out. It occurs when the matrix that makes up a person’s life causes he or she to feel fulfilled by living a desired life. A person subjectively measures well-being in many aspects – career, friends, partner/spouse, money, love, play, emotional/mental, spiritual and other aspects that are important.
There are those that recognize room for improvement and are ready to make some adjustments to increase a sense of well-being. The greatest wellness develops by deliberately choosing one’s desired results in life while deepening the understanding of working with life. People are designed with all the inner skills necessary to maintain, establish and increase holistic wellness. With the right knowledge these inner unseen skills are utilized to change life externally and internally.
Permanent change for the better in a person’s life begins from within. The grand design for people is that everyone is born with skills to make the life they desire. It is simply a matter of the right education. The good news is it works for every person.

Meditation is the most well known tool for making life changes, and is continuously being confirmed by new scientific technologies. Meditation is when a person is focusing thought, and heart, on a single thought, or feeling. Sometimes it is staring at a single point or flame. For the advanced meditator it is to be without thought. A meditative state focuses one’s whole being in a single direction. This is what causes deliberate life changes.
A meditative state occurs when the brain’s operating frequency range is about 7 to 14 hertz (cycles per second). In daily life, people’s brains are operating above 14 hertz. This is when eyes are open and the physical senses are engaged. Every person has a built-in switch to change the brain from outer reality activity mode to inner reality creative mode.
The switch involves mental focus, intent and controlled breathing. To go within begins with an intent to disconnect from the stimuli of the physical world. Relax and do some deep breathing focusing on the air movement and how it feels. Deep breathing is enough to get the process started. In a short while the brain frequency adjusts to the right frequency range, and one feels relaxed. From this point there are a multitude of activities that will benefit in different ways.
Once a person is at this level of peace and relaxation the intelligence expands to include the intuitive and creative mind. At this point there are a multitude of options.
Some of the known uses of being in a meditative state
Find and Establish Peace Within = Most people are introduced to meditation where the goal is to relax and clear the mind. This is new to people living a busy life in a busy world.
Dynamic Meditation = Cause deliberate changes in life. Visualization is a much validated and scientifically measured skill that directly alters our being. Proper visualization techniques are known to alter the neural programming in the brain and heart real time. Brain difficulties have been overcome using these techniques. There are other trained uses of the imagination that will cause change at different levels in a person’s life.
Oneness Meditation = Allow the release of attachment to what the eyes see as separation between people, things and other so the person establishes a strong sense of connectedness to all things.
Visioning = Ask questions of a higher knowing, universal love or other name. Receive direct answers in some form. Establish a strong sense of love within one self fully connected to the Universal Love
Sports Performance and Task Improvement = Some studies show that when a person effectively imagine their sports performance beforehand, it can significantly improve his or her performance. This has been also applied to desktop or other work tasks to improve the quality and performance.
Open One’s Heart Center and Fill Up with Healing Unconditional Love = To those who have had their hearts awakened they know this energy can be drawn in, received, magnified and sent. This is a good heart healing process. The more a person opens their heart, the more their heart will heal and stay open for more love.

Change stress level = Integrate a simple countdown method, based on brain science, into your life that instantly relaxes your mind and body, on cue. This is also the key to health and health.
Eliminate headache/pain through Precise Thinking = Every person who uses this gets off pain medications and one man had a spinal implant; he turned it off after the first session. Precise Thinking is incredibly powerful.
Access Logical & Intuitive/Creative thoughts to Build a Magnificent Project = The brain’s logical thoughts are accessed always when the eyes are open and we are engaged in our physical life. With intent and breathing with eyes closed the mind can be shifted to access intuitive/creative thoughts. Best practice: When you are creating a project: First, write down all that is in your mind with your eyes open. These are the logical thoughts based on what has been learned, experienced and absorbed in this life. When you want a new idea, think of the question that will bring you the answer. Close your eyes, breathe deeply several times and imagine walking down some stairs to go within yourself. Then pose the question in your quieter mind. Pause and listen for new thoughts, ideas, colors, images, smells, sounds. It will come to you however it can reach your awareness.
Develop Your Mind to Focus Thoughts, Logical & Intuitive, for Evolving Personal Benefits = When a person uses this precise process to relax the mind and body there is a wealth of inner skills that begin to unfold in a person’s consciousness. There is a predictable progression for the inspired person who practices it regularly. Basis for Being a Medical Intuitive & Sending Focused Corrective Energies = With a mind that is being mastered and directed by its owner it can be trained to enter different assigned dimensions for a particular purpose. One is the ability to remotely scan an imaginary image of a person – given name, age, gender, location – and detect what is not working correctly and where it is. Great thoughts yield a great life
Clear thoughts produce clear life results. Confusion does otherwise.
Deliberate thoughts yield a life of one’s choosing and loving
Reality is the Result of a process begun by the thoughts a person is choosing to imagine, feel and focus on in their mind and heart. It gestates in the Creative Mind where the unseen Creative Forces begin arranging for it. It is nurtured through one’s regular relaxed imaginative focus upon their life as they see it, as if it is already done.
If you are new to these empowering concepts or if you are an old hat at it… Study this previous paragraph and implement it. Practice it regularly and watch how new opportunities and ideas show up, how you synchronistically run into the right person or overhear the right conversation and other opportunities come to you. You simply begin to magnetize what is needed to accomplish what you are imagining into your sphere of life. Many other events occur in your life and in your mind and heart that are different signs. This is simply working with the Creative Mind as it is always providing you what your life choices have brought you to. Each of those choices made in your mind hopefully with great input from the heart-mind.

Consider a different perspective on emotions. They can be seen as e-motions = energies in motion. The e-motions you feel are your programmed inner interpretation of how the energies feel that are running throughout your body system and all around you. You can sense that in your head, your chest or other locations by quieting yourself and focusing your attention in the different areas within.
If anything, take some personal care time, grab a pen and pad, find a comfy place, play some music that brings you peace and focus. Then lose yourself in an hour of daydreaming, contemplating and expanding the thought box in which your life is being lived.
Contemplate what you desire in life from today to next month to the end of the year and bigger longer-term goals. Write them down. Play with them until they feel good; i.e. they are stirring up good energies within you that you interpret as feeling good.
Yes, it is a tedious process in what was just written. To parse and discern one’s thoughts, emotions and inner workings is to gain more and more dominion over your inner self…thus your experiences of life.
Ready to Integrate Some Change?
I enjoy helping people expand beyond what they ever conceived of doing. Or for the person who has held in a quiet dream or desire. Or for the professional seeking the next level up.
The resulting combination of the diversity of systems I have learned, practiced, licensed, etc to unleash the human potential studies assist through focusing on the thoughts, emotions, energies, sensations, life circumstances.
In this process the beginning steps will become clear. This is your journey so all of my focus is how to fine tune you like tuning an instrument. And to bring answers from within your own self to your life questions.
Someone who has come to some events shared with me that his intention is to HAVE intention. He shared more that he wants to improve his approach to life to do other things that will help him to deliberately focus his life.
First off, I can relate. We all can relate.
We are all born with a resource full of incredible inherent skills that let us choose and focus our life as precisely and deliberately as we dare to and to stretch as far as we are willing to stretch in this life.
Plus we all feel that internal universal nudge within to make a change here and there…until we successfully squelch it.
To have the desire to set your intent and live more deliberately is a transition step for the people who choose to live life at a different level, authentically and deliberately. You use a different set of inner empowerment skills (intent, choice, clarity, focus, listen, ease, to name a few) to drive life from within rather than the external modus operandi such as stress, over-pushing, force, make it happen, etc. Using the inner skills stirs things up and opportunities will begin to appear while clarity is received. That is when you take external action. Be prepared and ready for the right opportunity.
Second, thank you for trusting me. I appreciate when someone shares with me. I believe what we hold within us is more valuable than anything external to us. Thus when someone shares from within I value their truth.
I will know for him his higher truth while he is finding his inner inspiration (Spirit Within) to embrace this next step towards personal freedom and expression.
I find that I feel best about my life and move forward when I do this:
Read my written list of life results and imagine them to be already true, daily or more often.
I take my personal time: Several minutes to do inner focusing, finding calm within me, pose questions, get in sync, and imagine my day.
Deep breathe hourly to flush out the stale energies and bring in refreshing energies.
So, let’s take a cue from this man and set an intent for the week or month or maybe for your life or for this phase of it. It does not have to be elaborate. Make it a clear focus that resonates within you. Write it down next to your list of goals.
Take some time, right now, and write out an intent for your life. What comes to you? Craft some results you desire to have in life written as if you already have them. Write what you would like to experience in life.
And in case this seems too much consider: Why not try something different? One small inner change results in noticeable changes in life.
