The Iranian people are seeking a greater expression for their freedom. You and I can help them… now.
My personal belief is that the Source of the freedom that rests inside each of us is always seeking a greater expression. This fuels the desire for personal growth in many people.
My belief also lies in what the mystics have said for eons and what New Physics science is telling us today… that we are All One. We are all the same Quantum Energy vibrating at different frequencies. If this sounds far fetched find a current scientist and ask him or her.
So, what can you do?
We can all help the Iranian people… right now.
As much research shows, a certain number of practiced meditators (maybe the square root of .1% of the local population) will result in a significant decrease in violence and crime in that local area. In Washington D.C. that was a 25% decrease on a decent weather weekend.
Here is an idea for all of us to help to create this collective consciousness field to assist and support that greater expression of freedom. Their struggle is our struggle. We are All One in our most basic existence; the fact that we are made up from energy. This unites us.
AND this gives us tremendous power to support each other regardless of the measurement of distance between us. In this space of mind, i.e. meditation, there is no time and no space. We can connect with them always with our minds tuned to the channel of peace and freedom.

Each day pick one or more of these times when you can spend 2 minutes or up to 15 minutes. If these times do not work do the following when you can and email me another preferred time of day for everyone. e-mail to email@example.com.
1. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit and get very still inside yourself .
2. If you are experienced at ‘going to level’ or meditating then do so. Otherwise put on some background, very passive and relaxing tones/music.
3. Take a few slow and deep breaths in through your nose, hold it for a moment then exhale slowly through your mouth; some like to purse their lips. Breathe deeply means breathing into your diaphragm and extending the stomach on an inhale.
4. Think nothing of your to-do’s and anything else as you seek to find that peace and sense of freedom that exists inside you. That is the exact same peace and sense of freedom that exists inside the Iranians as in ALL of US.
5. Gently shift your attention away from ‘monkey chatter’ where the logical mind wants to point your attention to your problems, to-do’s and busy-ness of life. Gently take control and shift your attention on peace and freedom.
Remember: Where your attention goes, your life flows.

6. As you continue to focus on feeling and sensing that peace and freedom inside you… use your faculties of your genius mind, visualization and imagination, to visualize and imagine (using any 1 or all of your 5 physical senses + your emotions) any of the following ideas… and follow your own. e-mail me your ideas to add here.
Imagine the color and feel of the energies of peace and freedom. Find where that exists in you and imagine it flowing and stretching from you to others in your country and expanding over to the peoples in Iran. See them enveloped in these colors and the love and support that go wtih this.
For Silva graduates and others who have developed their imagination for this skill and others: Detect the awareness of anyone in the ruling people of Iran, the president, the supreme leader and the council. Send a vibrant color (some see it as blue/white, gold/white or white/white) of energy to assure them that peace and freedom resides in them, also and that it’s best to work with their people. Connect with them beneath their outer-power facade and connect with them also as a spiritual being having a human experience on this planet.
Imagine a good end result with them that includes something about the people of Iran having a government that reflects their shift in consciousness, that they are now feeling peace and freedome and their society is changing as a result. See the people happy.
No matter what you do, leave the people and the country with feelings of love and support.
If everyone is able to commit just 5 minutes at one of the times listed (or send me another time to include) daily and relax into this peace and freedom with the awareness that you are joining with many others.
