As humans we are living and breathing the experiences of life. In one moment we can feel so joyful and one event, or even one wrong thought, later we can feel misery. It can be neutral or our feelings can cycle some in the day from happy to rejecting yourself to sadness to feeling successful to joy… It is not that every person has any kind of emotional disorder. It is life especially at times when we are pushing our limits.
One teacher said if you live life in neutral and seek life to always be peace and calm without moments of life being disruptive then you have flatlined.
Michael Beckwith talked about going out of this life in pristine condition or a little bruised, cuts, pains, scratches from having stretched your limits. I am in the latter category with periods of sedentary personal movement.
Life can be seen as a journey of bringing more of our Inner Light into our external life. This involves some journeys of healing through our shadow journey. Oftentimes people stop here because it looks frightening. I am fortunate to have been pushed and guided to do this work. I still resist yet I know the other side will be much more expansive and freeing. So I end up taking a deep breath in while taking the first step to a new me and an expanded life.
Once we learn to direct our inner self and utilize and manage our inner reactions, feelings and thoughts then we can become less reactive to all the different stimuli and events in life. With practice we begin to direct our inner resources to cause deliberate changes in life externally and within ourselves.
Life became more fun once I began to find out how to use the inner tools that are inherent within everyone. We can design, create and empower a chosen inner reality that develops into our external experiences we call life.
Whatever is not going the way you want in life, take a few moments and relax your body, your mind, your energy. Are you ready to let this ‘problem’ go? When you feel and hear ‘YES’ then take that full cleansing breath of life in deeply. Hold it at the top and internally choose to Let this go – all thoughts, energies, concerns, judgments and whatever else about it that darkens your Light.
Pause and feel the new air and space to create something new. Immerse yourself for a few moments into your favorite vacation spot ever. This helps to relax.
Create your life. Now imagine what you want it to be instead. Imagine, visualize, sense, hear, taste, touch, smell and feel it changing. Play in this new reality feeling it as if it is true. Do this regularly and make it feel familiar. Your life will start taking you there to follow your true reality which is
Breathe peace into it. Keep your focus on this chosen reality instead of the way it appears. And allow it to change gently and gracefully.
And do what you can to remain in a state of joy and gratitude.
This is a simple way to begin to receive what you want in life with ease and grace instead of stress and uncertainty.
