What We can ALL do to help Iranians

The Iranian people are seeking a greater expression for their freedom. You and I can help them… now.

My personal belief is that the Source of the freedom that rests inside each of us is always seeking a greater expression. This fuels the desire for personal growth in many people.

My belief also lies in what the mystics have said for eons and what New Physics science is telling us today… that we are All One. We are all the same Quantum Energy vibrating at different frequencies. If this sounds far fetched find a current scientist and ask him or her.

So, what can you do?

We can all help the Iranian people… right now.

As much research shows, a certain number of practiced meditators (maybe the square root of .1% of the local population) will result in a significant decrease in violence and crime in that local area. In Washington D.C. that was a 25% decrease on a decent weather weekend.

Here is an idea for all of us to help to create this collective consciousness field to assist and support that greater expression of freedom. Their struggle is our struggle. We are All One in our most basic existence; the fact that we are made up from energy. This unites us.

AND this gives us tremendous power to support each other regardless of the measurement of distance between us. In this space of mind, i.e. meditation, there is no time and no space. We can connect with them always with our minds tuned to the channel of peace and freedom.

My proposal

6:45 to 7 am                     12:00 noon
5:45 to 6 pm                     10:30 to 11:00 pm

Each day pick one or more of these times when you can spend 2 minutes or up to 15 minutes. If these times do not work do the following when you can and email me another preferred time of day for everyone. e-mail to supportfreedom@mindtechnology.com.

1. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit and get very still inside yourself .

2. If you are experienced at ‘going to level’ or meditating then do so. Otherwise put on some background, very passive and relaxing tones/music.

3. Take a few slow and deep breaths in through your nose, hold it for a moment then exhale slowly through your mouth; some like to purse their lips. Breathe deeply means breathing into your diaphragm and extending the stomach on an inhale.

4. Think nothing of your to-do’s and anything else as you seek to find that peace and sense of freedom that exists inside you. That is the exact same peace and sense of freedom that exists inside the Iranians as in ALL of US.

5. Gently shift your attention away from ‘monkey chatter’ where the logical mind wants to point your attention to your problems, to-do’s and busy-ness of life. Gently take control and shift your attention on peace and freedom.

Remember: Where your attention goes, your life flows.

[Now you have tuned your mind to peace and freedom.]

6. As you continue to focus on feeling and sensing that peace and freedom inside you… use your faculties of your genius mind, visualization and imagination, to visualize and imagine (using any 1 or all of your 5 physical senses + your emotions) any of the following ideas… and follow your own. e-mail me your ideas to add here.

Imagine the color and feel of the energies of peace and freedom. Find where that exists in you and imagine it flowing and stretching from you to others in your country and expanding over to the peoples in Iran. See them enveloped in these colors and the love and support that go wtih this.

For Silva graduates and others who have developed their imagination for this skill and others: Detect the awareness of anyone in the ruling people of Iran, the president, the supreme leader and the council. Send a vibrant color (some see it as blue/white, gold/white or white/white) of energy to assure them that peace and freedom resides in them, also and that it’s best to work with their people. Connect with them beneath their outer-power facade and connect with them also as a spiritual being having a human experience on this planet.

Imagine a good end result with them that includes something about the people of Iran having a government that reflects their shift in consciousness, that they are now feeling peace and freedome and their society is changing as a result. See the people happy.

No matter what you do, leave the people and the country with feelings of love and support.

If everyone is able to commit just 5 minutes at one of the times listed (or send me another time to include) daily and relax into this peace and freedom with the awareness that you are joining with many others.

Flora took the Silva Intuitive Mind class in April. When she came to take the Silva Life System class at the end of May, she told me something that made me pause. It showed her immediate benefit of taking the Intuitive Mind class.

The Silva Method continues to wow! me

I know people who get my e-mails hear me touting the benefits and promoting these classes. What may not come across in this two-dimensional typewritten medium is the impact that my heart feels from my student’s successes. There is nothing in this life as rewarding as witnessing student’s burgeoning personal power and watching them make their lives better and better.

This happened Monday. I want to acknowledge someone in college who was a B and C student with a couple of F’s who just found out that he was just named on the Dean’s List at his University. He took the Silva Method original BLS class where he learned the student skills that are now in the Silva Life System class. The very next term he went from C’s and B’s to B’s and an A. Now he is on the Dean’s List. He also tells me that he has found a joy in doing very well that was not there before. Major Congratulations Andrew, in Austin.!

The specific student skills of the many different life skills learned in the class include:

  • Improving comprehension, retention and recall of material read
  • Improving comprehension, retention and recall of material from a lecture
  • A unique 3-Pass Test-Taking method that allows the student to recall information that was at first forgotten while taking the test, even when you don’t have a clue

If you have read the best-selling Silva Mind Control book written by Jose Silva (I have copies), the founder and researcher of the Silva Method, you will know that this is the very origin of what is now known as the Silva Method. A couple of his children came home one day with some very bad grades. He asked them what was wrong. They said that they had studied and knew the information but got nervous while taking the test. From his research he knew that when you are in fear you do not have access to the part of the brain that has the information you have studied and already know. Thus he created a technique to train his children to de-stress and relax their mind and body… on cue while taking a test. This, plus he taught them how to ‘index’ learned material in the brain in a way to make it easier to recall and have superior comprehension. With these skills Jose’s children’s grades improved so well that the neighborhood parents had him train their children, whose grades promptly improved also.

When I was doing yard work I picked up a slab of old concrete which shattered in my hands, a piece of the concrete sliced my hand in the fatty part of the thumb below the knuckle. The cut was only about an inch across but it must have been deep because it splattered blood as it sliced me and blood was just pouring out. The first thing I thought was I was definitely going to need stitches. I went inside and ran the cut under water, cleaned it, and wrapped it in a paper towel and raised my arm up to try to stop the bleeding but the blood just kept pouring. I wanted to stop the bleeding so I calmed my mind and gave complete focus to the injury and told it to stop bleeding. Within 20 seconds the bleeding completely stopped and it wasn’t even wrapped in the paper towel.

After I got the bleeding stopped I sat down, went to level and visualized my injury healing. I pictured the open cut sealing up like a zip lock bag and then my hand being completely normal.  After meditating, I put a band aid on the cut and tried not to move or use that part of my hand for a few days. After 3 days I was able to use my thumb and hand again, not fearing opening back up the cut, and couple of days after that my hand showed almost no signs of being cut!

In the Silva Life System class we teach a hand levitation technique to enter the theta level of mind. In this technique we train you to develop Glove Anesthesia at the frequency of your biological intelligence.

At the Silva Graduate meeting this past Sunday someone told me that her husband told her that she is a more relaxed person in life. She then told me that she is not worrying about things like she did before and she is feeling more relaxed and trusting that things will turn out. I tell every class to get this CD and listen to it at least once a week for a year. She chooses to listen to it every night and her husband is seeing the change in her way of managing life. Briefly I say to do this because every difficulty, problem or concern in life is at its base a tangle of stress that is in the thought process and/or is in the body. When it is in the body it is more likely to lead to disease since it is a dis-ease within your form. In the class I cover the science behind this extremely effective exercise.

This exercise is 35 minutes in length. A medical doctor who took the class last year told me that he put it on his iPod and listens to it when and where he finds the time. From Thought to Form

Having moved back to Houston from Saudi Arabia in the mid-1980s I got involved with my most influential personal growth teacher ever. To this date no person has ever had such a profound influence on guiding me to go deep within myself for the answers to my life as Frank Natale. I had taken the Silva Method BLS class in Kuala Lumpur about four years earlier.

When Frank Natale said “Thoughts Create Your Reality” I was perplexed and confused, but most of all I was intrigued and curious. I was in the first week of his six-week Results Course which taught people how to do goal setting, declaring who you are in life and multi-dimensional reality creating all mixed with the new mind science that is called Quantum Physics. That night after class I drove downtown Houston pondering the idea that every single building, every highway and road, every park and home… all of them began with one person’s thought. That is all they were in their embryonic phase. The seed for form is thought.

Then I thought, well what was the process to go from thought to finished building? This is the Creative Process of Life. This is part of what was covered in that six-week class. That one person with the thought had to be creative in developing the plans, finding the financing, working with like-minded people and he or she had to remain focused, determined and on task. If he or she gave up then the goal was not accomplished.

It is important to realize that thoughts are just the beginning point. It takes continued focus and action to make it come into form. This is one of the concepts that people have used to bash the movie The Secret, quite often for their own gain. This movie does mention taking action. It just chose to focus more so on the origin of what a person has in their life: their thoughts. And what a great gift that movie brought to human consciousness. It opened up millions of peoples’ minds to their own power.

Let’s look briefly at that process from thought to form. Realize that since I have been teaching and training since the 1980s I can expound on each of these steps as there is a wealth of information in and about each aspect of creation. I do this a lot in the Master Your Mind = Master Life class; also called 28 Days to a Better Life because of its unique format. www.28daystoabetterlife.com. I am working to bring that original six-week Results Course into Austin as I was trained by Frank to teach it. I would like to know  if you have any interest. It is important to realize that each of us has tens of thousands of thoughts daily. There is no way that you can pay attention to that many thoughts and do anything else in life. Therefore we filter these thoughts and make choices on which ones we will hold in our mental space for further contemplation. The reason thoughts creating your reality is a concept that garners such attention is because no one, until the moment we actually hear this concept, has ever told us that we can pick and choose our thoughts. It is crucial to realize that Your Mind is Your Dominion. Not a single person can tell you which thoughts to pay attention to. At some level it is always a personal choice. This is a very important realization to have so that you can being to create the life that reflects your desires. Select the thoughts that will get you where you choose to be and discard those that will not. It is that simple. It just takes training and practice to develop the mind-muscle that gently and consciously lets go of those unwanted thoughts.

Once you have chosen the thoughts that you want, there are then two steps to empower them. First write them down on a goal list. Writing them down sends a message to your brain: I am paying attention to these thoughts therefore I must want this in my life. After you have them on your goal list and review and imagine them daily, the second way to empower these chosen thoughts is to speak them. The vibrational energy that your voice produces is another strong signal to your physical senses that this is to come into form in your life. This is why gossip and talking of worrying thoughts is so detrimental to our lives. It gives it some power in your life and tells others that this is what you focus on. Is that how you want to be perceived?

One caution on speaking your goals. ONLY speak these goal-thoughts to supportive people. Do not allow yourself to drain away possibilities by entertaining other peoples’ limiting thoughts. That is their limits; not yours. Just discard those thoughts. If you are going for something that other people in your day-to-day life would not comprehend then just do not tell them. Simple. This is also why it is energizing to have like-minded people around you. This is why I offer a discount when two or more friends/family members sign up for the classes at the same time. I encourage hanging out with those you can share your dreams with. Consider joining or forming a MasterMind group. Ask me about that if you want.

Another important note about sharing is that sometimes it is best not share with anyone, at least for a while. If it is something that is very far outside your current reality then the first step is to convince yourself it can/will happen. Once you have accomplished this, then you share it. And in some cases you never share it until it is created into form. I have a few of those.

Once you have written your goals and shared them appropriately then you will start taking action on the opportunities that will start appearing in your life. There is a part of the brain, the Reticular Activating System, that recognizes what you are focusing on as a goal. This opens up the filter of your mind to be able to see the opportunities that will lead you to your desired goals. This is why when you decide that you want to buy a blue VW convertible it is as if Volkswagen all of the sudden puts hundreds of them on the roads you travel.

The good news is that as long as you stay focused on your chosen goals they must happen. The flipside is that when you get distracted by those pesky, limiting thoughts do not pay attention to them. If you ‘give in’ and just hold these limits in mind then you have just let go of your goal.

There is so much more to this topic. Some aspect of this is in each class I teach and in each coaching session I do.

In summary, here are the steps from thoughts to form:

– Clarify what you want. Include details and colors.

– Claim it and write it down as if it is already accomplished

– Surrender limiting thoughts and refocus on your chosen ones

– Share appropriately

– Hang out with like-minded folks

– Act on the opportunities that come to mind

– Receive your life as you desire it to be

One final step… share your successes with me. I LOVE hearing success stories. Plus sharing your success with someone sends a message to your mind that you accomplish what you choose to set as goals. This builds self worth and value.

Mastering Life – What does it take?

Gaining mastery in life is a lifelong pursuit taken up by those who have that deep inner drive to do more and BE more.

The only thing my mind was focused on was this race said Michael Phelps, our amazing American swimmer at the Olympics aiming to break his second all-time Olympic record as he continues to break world records.

The more effectively focused your mind is on the task at hand the better you can manage it to create a desired outcome. Life can be seen, simplistically, as a series of tasks that you manage. There is a task to go to sleep: get ready for bed, lie down, close your eyes, quiet your mind and drift off into healthy and natural sleep. Each duty you have for your job is a task that can be handled well or poorly. Going out for your regular exercise is a task. If you have a headache and want to get rid of it naturally then you have identified a task. If you have an undesirable reaction in certain situations then identify the response you would rather have. The task is now to replace the reaction with your desired response. All of this is accomplished by programming your mind in the right frequency, using the right eye angle and giving clear precise commands. 

What we know is that the mind is essentially a biological computer. When given instructions, whether vague or clear, whether uncertain or confident, accompanied by a good or bad feeling, the mind responds accordingly and says ‘yes, I’ll do that’. This is the beauty of learning specific instructions to provide your mind to better manage tasks. The Silva Method has been researching and providing these mind skills to millions of people for decades. 

Note that there are many nuances to gaining mastery as there is no end line. There is always something more to learn… as long as the desire is strong enough. It is a process of getting better and better.

What do you want to accomplish? How do you want to improve your life? A beginning point to gaining mastery is to tame your mind, learn the skills to direct it. If you are curious about delving into this for your own life then contemplate these questions.
Remember: When you ask the right question you get the right answer.

What are your thoughts before you undertake a task?
  Are they thoughts that lead you to a successful and desire outcome?

Are you aware of any thoughts that you have before a task?
  They are happening. Sometimes we do things on autopilot and are no longer aware of these thoughts.

Do you consciously choose a desired outcome or do you let life dictate outcomes?
  Did anyone tell you that you can choose your thoughts OR make them up if they are not success oriented?
  The exciting news is: You can!

Consider someone who you think handles this type of task very well.
  Then ask yourself: What must that person be thinking?
  Adopt these thoughts as your own. Choose to think them for your own life.

What emotions are you feeling about the upcoming task?
  Did you know that your emotions are your internal guidance system that tell you whether your thoughts are in alignment with your desires?

What your mind thinks as you build up to doing a task lays the path for that task to unfold.
  The life-changing opportunity is to take back control and direct your own mind.
