There is no greater threat to the critics and cynics and fearmongers than those of us who are willing to fall because we have learned how to rise. With skinned knees and bruised hearts; we choose owning our stories of struggle, over hiding, over hustling, over pretending. When we deny our stories, they define us. When we run from struggle, we are never free. So we turn toward truth and look it in the eye. We will not be characters in our stories. Not villains, not victims, not even heroes. We are the authors of our lives. We write our own daring endings. We craft love from heartbreak, compassion from shame, grace from disappointment, courage from failure. Showing up is our power. Story is our way home. Truth is our song. We are the brave and brokenhearted. We are rising strong.
Brené Brown is a Professor and Social Researcher at the University of Houston. I find the specifics she provides about the human condition to be enlightening and extremely useful. She approaches topics that are often avoided: shame, vulnerability, friendship, sharing, joy, perfectionism, more… I find the specifics that come from her research helps me know better ways to relate with myself and others.
Think about it. Normally, to change something in life there is a logical process to do so. We all know how to do this, well.
This is a different approach to manifest something you want in life. You will be tapping into the Laws of Life that are unseen. Everything comes from the unseen realm and eventually returns to the unseen realm. There are Laws that govern the unseen realm just like there are natural laws that govern the physical, the seen realm.
Try this out as a personal experiment. Choose something light, fun, and with no serious attachment. When you have it in life you will be proving to yourself that it works. Repeat your experiment on the second item. Once you have proven to yourself that it works…Then pick something that is not so light or has some heavy attachment.
This is also a great way to start expanding your life beyond the box in which you are currently living. This is an alternative way to live the life you desire.
Get a piece of paper and pen and sit somewhere comfy.
Write down the negative item or circumstance. Make it personal using the first person. Example: At work, I feel ____. My relationship needs something. ___ isn’t working for me anymore.
Observe the thoughts you have about this negative item in your life. Have you had thoughts or beliefs that align with this result in life? Be honest with yourself. Write this below the negative item.
Take a moment to become mindful of the connection between
your thoughts and this result in life. Do you see a connection? Is there a
feeling within you that matches this result in life? In other words, what
feeling do you have that comes with this undesired result?
Reflect for some more moments… How does this make you feel?
Above the negative item you wrote, write ‘I do not want this
in my life’ or something like that.
Turn it around. Take ownership of creating what you want in
If you had the option to change this negative item, would
Answer that, then consider the following…
Think about this undesired feeling. How would you rather feel in that area of life? What feeling do you want to have concerning this area of life when it improves? Imagine feeling it.
Skip a line or 2, then write ‘I choose this result in my
life’ or something like that.
Below that, write ‘I feel (your chosen feeling)’.
Now, consider this item you do not want anymore. What would
you like instead that will make you feel how you want to feel? Just play with
it. Play goes with imagination. You get to make up something new in life in
order to manifest it. Could be fun. It could work.
Write down what you desire to have in life, on the next
Here comes the thread that weaves together the way you
choose to feel with the new desired item in life.
You might take some time with this.
What thoughts align with having this desired feeling that leads to the chosen positive result? This is you backtracking to see what possible thoughts could support having the positive result you want. I have found that it works to think of someone who already has close to what I want to manifest. What thoughts must they have which lead to them having this? Adjust those for you. I actually, once, asked a friend who had a relationship I liked: “What are your thoughts and beliefs about this?” I then adopted her thoughts…they worked for her. Why not?
Use the power of your mental focus
Sit back, take a deep breath, and relax. Imagine that you already have this positive desired result. Feel it. What does it smell like? Taste like? Look like? Sound like? Feel like? Do you feel the feeling you chose you want to feel as you imagine it? This is your mental playground. Play with it.
In this, contemplate a new thought or new belief that supports your desired outcome. This thought would naturally lead to all of this becoming real. Make it up. Play with it. It does not have to be perfect. You can always change it with more clarity.
Once you think and feel you have it, write it down on the next line.
Ideas to fine-tune it
Finally, craft the thought into a more empowering thought.
This is done by:
Stating it as if you have it now. Not when something else happens. Now. It is done and in your life.
Do not use words that separate you from having it now, such as may, might, will, hope, etc.
Weave the feeling into the statement. I am thrilled with my new car. It feels good going to my job. I really like the new person I’m dating. I love visiting and exploring Bali.
Don’t make it heady. Make it visceral so that you feel it when you think of it. This fuels it into becoming real.
Write this thought next. This is a supportive thought.
Past precedent does not dictate future outcomes.
Letting go of the old
Now you have a piece of paper with what you do not want, its supporting thought and feeling. When you feel absolutely ready to change it, use a red marker to make a definite X over it with a feeling of ‘it’s gone. I am ready for the new’. The red X is a strong signal to your mind.
Tear that part off. To release something and its energy, it is best to either burn it or flush it. Do either safely while letting go of it in your mind and your heart.
Creating the new
What I tend to do to make sure I am focusing more and more on my chosen desired item, is to write it on an index card and carry the final statement with me. For some, I have written it on post-it notes and stuck it on the mirror, the door frame, the car dashboard, on the electronic calendar, anywhere to keep it in your face.
At any time you think of the old unwanted…quickly recall your new chosen thought with the feeling that goes with it.
Be gently vigilant about doing this. In a short time, the old unsupportive thought and feeling fade away as you are choosing the new supportive thought and feeling.
This is your new thought. Own it. Repeat it and imagine it often and it will become your normal thought which will lead to it happening in your life.
There is a power for good in this life that is all around you, within you, and supporting you.
You have now initiated a change you want. Be patient.
As long as you continue to choose it and feel it despite no indication of it happening, it will happen. You are taking action every time you imagine it and feel it as if it is in your life now.
Remember this is an experiment. Keep at it and watch what ideas come, doors open, meet the right person, other ‘coincidences’…and sometimes it just comes right to you.
When you have manifested this, take time to congratulate yourself and contemplate how it came about. Then, you are ready for the next thing to change in your life.
If you are reading this, you are ahead of the game. Most will sit in their haze of normality instead of doing something different…which leads to having something different. You are taking your power back to live a more desired life.
Your Imagination is Your Way Out of a Limited Life Box
Everyone goes through phases where something in life is too rote or not working anymore or it is just time for that change. The more a person evolves in this lifetime, the more a person has to grow out of limiting life boxes.
The challenge is that people tend to linger on what is not working. Neuroscientists say that the brain is designed to learn a habit and stick with it. It is in our brain’s wiring, i.e. neural programming. One loud NO registers immediately and the brain changes. It takes several strong YES’s to register in the brain.
The great news is that consciousness supersedes habitual programming. It just takes knowing how.
Proper use of consciousness leads us out of stuck-ness
Every single thing we have done in life involves imagining it first. It is such an automatic process that we may not be aware of it. And it is our saving grace in life. The imagination creates the life framework to change and, done at the right brain frequency, reprograms the heart and brain neurons so that we can accomplish a desired change in life.
So, have your pity party 🙂 It is a part of the process…and oh my, I have had mine for way too long. At some point we are recreating the same thing over and over. When we only use our logical mind it is so focused on the past that it is recreating it for the future, over and over. Life becomes a continuous groundhog day, as in the movie.
Until we declare STOP the madness!
Make the shift:
Pause your normal thoughts.
Focus on deep breathing for a few moments. Breathe in through your nose being mindful of the air flow coming in. Hold it to the count of three. Exhale through the mouth noticing the flow of air coming up from your lungs, out your mouth. Do this a few times.
The more you focus on this flow of air, the more you remove the energy from those incessant thoughts and shift into your inner center where all real power comes forth.
That begins the shift.
Focus your attention onto what you desire, as if you have it, and let the energy that was fueling the old thoughts bring life to what you desire.
This shifts you onto your new chosen path.
Rinse and repeat. Do this process daily or even multiple times each day. This tells yourself that ‘I am making this change’. And you are telling Life, the Universe, what you desire instead. Stick with it to observe new ideas, opportunities and more come to you.
I hope this helps begin your process of change. Have patience and be willing to do something new to see the results you have in life.

We are so much more powerful than we ever give ourselves credit for. There is a way to use our brain, as it is designed, to make changes within ourselves and in our experiences of life.

From some who took an advanced class that includes healing. Working in partners one person, the medical intuitive, is told the name, age, gender, and location of someone with an illness. He or she scans the person and detects medical problems. Then they use healing energies to help that person heal.
I detected a family member’s medical condition and told her to go to the doctor. It was confirmed and now she is getting treatment.
When scanning the person, I actually saw her face and hair color. Describing it to the person who knows, it was confirmed.
I detected that someone had no use of their legs
I shrunk metastasized tumors from all over my body. It was confirmed at Houston’s MD Anderson hospital. In a session with Lamar my pain level was over a 10. He guided me to lower it to 4. Then I used the technique to lower it and manage it
I was able to have skin tags shrink and go away
I detected a deep hip injury and the underlying emotion. Imagining I was rubbing his hip bone and placing a healing salve on it, his pain and limp went away quickly
From me, blog owner, Lamar: I used healing energies for a woman in person. From a hospital stay she contracted MRSA in her bladder. Three rounds of antibiotics did not help. I did this imagining my hands are holding her bladder and spreading a healing salve. During it she started saying ‘Oh. Oh. Oh…’ Afterwards she told me she felt my hands holding her bladder. The next day in a pre-scheduled doctor visit, they tested her and the infection was gone.
From my own experience and reports from others, these are natural progressions which occur for everyone who learns and uses it.

The Gift is that each problem you judge in someone else is life giving you a signal to do a little healing within yourself. Why walk around with your open wounds so easily push-able? These are your buttons. Own them. Do a little self-healing and self-realizing, so that no one can push those buttons to cause you pain anymore.
A Masterful Teacher I had in my twenties, Frank Natale said: No one can reject anything about you, unless you have already rejected that within yourself.
Thus these friends, people, coworkers are actually acting as your GPS system for you to find your energy leaks, aka the buttons that cause you pain. Once healed, you gain more personal energy through personal empowerment. Give thanks for them playing their role in your life.
Own It to Be Present in Your Life
In situations where you may judge and condemn others, you are leaking personal energy. Most people think their problems are because of someone else or something outside of themselves. This level of consciousness leaks your personal energy out of you, losing what you could use for fun, loved ones and achieving your goals.
And you wonder why you are tired! You’re like a leaky water hose, losing power and pressure while spraying everyone else.
Just like real estate being all about location, location, location…
…Life is about consciousness, consciousness, consciousness.
Invest time and resources in bettering you. It pays a lifelong dividend.

In this world, we are educated and socialized to use our left brain, which has to do with the logical thinking. However, the ability to alter something in our life exists in accessing the right brain as well, the intuitive mind.

Yes, you can bend reality and you are doing this yet are simply unaware that your thoughts cause the results in life.
Thus my favorite topic… How do we tap into our inner potential to alter life?
I first learned precise thinking and visualization to cause a change within me or externally in life, in Malaysia as a young engineer living and working in Indonesia. These skills directly empowered me to improve my job performance significantly. And management started noticing my achievements and performance under those stressful and sometimes dangerous situations.
It truly is nice to be able to choose your desired behavior, task performance or pain release through lining up your thoughts in a precise manner leading to achieving with greater ease, less struggle.
When we make choices about what we want in life and practice living them within our own trained imagination we are literally programming our brain neurons to be able to recognize and act upon ‘the goal’ when opportunities start coming to us. It also sends out energy from your body’s energetic system to move the matrix of reality creating a path leading towards the desired result.
This may sound fanciful or too science fiction and it happens to be true.
As an affirmed geek I just luv this stuff. And it is practical, repeatable, follows laws and principle of the unseen forces that cause life, and leads us to becoming who we want to become.and to achieving what we are impelled to achieve.
Procedure to bend reality to be a path to achieve your results:
Select a relaxed atmosphere inside or outside
Find that ‘just right’ position to sit and get relaxed
Close your eyes
Place you attention on the airflow going in and out of your nostrils and mouth as you breathe in through your mouth
Hold it for a few seconds at the top then exhale deeply
Continue breathing in and out as your body and mind relax
Tell unwanted thoughts to float on like a cloud in the sky
Create in your imagination, using your senses, of having the result you are choosing to create in your life
Be sure to generate the emotions of having it. This fuels it
Spend a few minutes in the morning, midday and evening doing this.

Choose/create an expansive question about life upon which you can consider throughout your day. (*)
These 2 actions will change your day. You have set your thoughts on an uplifting pattern that will lead your day. Plus your mind will expand contemplating an expansive idea.
(*) Ideas to contemplate: What will my life be like when I tune into the natural state of abundance? How much love can I embrace and emanate today? If it applies: How can I achieve my job goals with greater ease? I wonder what i can change to decrease the stress and struggle in (an area of life). How can I increase the ease in grace?
There are magazines and books available that have expansive ideas in them.
Some I use: Primarily I read the Science of Mind magazine, www.scienceofmind.com. It has daily guides. I have a different digital magazine emailed to me. Or I choose from books like the Science of Mind or Living the Science of Mind, Ernest Holmes. Another favorite is The Complete Works of Florence Scovel Shinn.
We live within a Law of Mind that reacts to our thinking.
“We are all immersed in an aura of our own thinking. This aura is the direct result of all that we have ever said, thought or done; it decides what is to take place in our life; it attracts what is like itself and repels what is unlike itself. [sic]

I recently had a direct experience of choosing to walk through this process for my own life. Thanks to a friend I had 3 days at a lake house where I let go like dumping the contents of a household into the trash. I dumped the trash and debris of life from within my inner household. The changes in my life are still happening two weeks later. A change into a better sleep pattern. There’s now room for new ideas and they are abundant. There’s now room for good feelings within me and they are abundant. There’s now room for greater results to occur in my life and they are becoming abundant. There is a noticeable increase in clarity and focus in my life endeavors. And weight is starting to fall off with my natural appetite at about one-third of what it was.
Affirmation: I am grateful that I have the free will and courage to let go of life’s debris thus open to life’s gifts, guidance and miracles.

Kay came to see me last April. She is someone I knew years ago and she found herself with multiple dire medical diagnoses, multiple pharmaceutical prescriptions, pain, stiffening, loss of her creativity she’s always had and more. The thing about Kay is she came willing to learn, willing to do something different and a strong desire to have her life back. Ingredients for success.
In the first session I do what I do, listening for what is going on within her. I also am sensing for the thoughts, feelings, energies that are underlying her, at this time in life. I am listening and sensing for those components within her that have taken her wellbeing offtrack from its natural state And am receiving ideas of how best to approach it. Some of these must be out of sync within her causing these problems because her natural state is health and wellbeing. That is true for all of us. If we do not have wellbeing then there is an internal blockage of some kind; all blockages can be removed and overcome.
Much more happened in that session and I recorded live a customized audio of a healing modality specific for her in the session. These will alter the thoughts, feelings and energies in her body continuously aligning them to wellbeing. I emailed it and she listens to this daily.
In later sessions she received two other customized audio MP3 files that approach healing from different perspectives.
These custom recordings work within her, in the inner workings and systems that operate a human being. It is altering these inner energies that run her life from within her. It is reprogramming the neurons in the brain and heart to have what she wants. It also calms and focuses her mind and energies. It continues to foster the healing from within her. And it subtly trains her that she can have a lot of control over her body workings and life. She can use those skills for the rest of her life.
Maybe halfway through the process, she came in for her session and she could not stop giggling. She had released enough old to let the good bubbles of giggles to come up in her life. That is a great sign of progress and continues more than a month later.

These results and more are possible in my role as the teacher guide since I have studied, practiced, apprenticed for decades in learning how to work with thoughts, e-motions, behaviors, inner senses, visualization for change, healing, energies, and more. Everything in our life begins as some energy within us.
That energy can be directly altered which then starts letting the inherent power of the human body heal itself to be used just for that. My job is to listen for how to align your thoughts, e-motions, behaviors, etc as listed above. Then I provide skills for you to change that for yourself. These skills are usable throughout your life.
As I work with those people who want to get their lives back from the existence level they find themselves in, I always see a glimmer of Light in their eyes and feel a reborn sense of possibility in their heart.
That is an infinite reward from the Presence of Life I get to witness 🙂
Many people have heard the concept that every person, plant, rock, tree, species, chair, inanimate objects, et al is at the very base level simply vibrating quantum energies. Even the unseen space and air is vibrating quantum energy. It is all at different frequencies.
~Pause for half a minute
~Sit upright and comfortably
~Take a conscious deep breath in focusing on the movement
of air in and out.
Allow the mind and heart to expand to a new concept.
Quantum Physicists witness the creation from nothingness into the level of form that equipment can detect. To put it way too simply, this is done by shooting protons at each other at hyper speeds. When these collide the equipment detects what happens including subatomic particles. They witness subatomic particles coming to into form and then some that go back into nothingness.
I often wonder if this could be portal for manifestation. It is the first appearance from the veil covering nothingness of something coming into form. There is a life chain for everything that begins with subatomic particles.
We all came from there into this life. At 24 years old I took a class in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia that altered my life. I learned precise thinking to cause precise results from de-stressing body and mind on cue, eliminating pain on cue, visualizing to achieve goals, mental focus, intuitive development, learning to sense the energies within to cause change. Since then I have learned so much more including the science and spiritual understandings of how we tap into our incredible human potential lying dormant within each of us.
From this depth and breadth of learning and experiences I know there are direct ways to alter our reality by changing things within us first. Then the change becomes a natural outpouring from within you into life.
And how the intelligence of our heart plays in all of this controlling the different levels of thought that we tune to in our head. And using all of that we can alter our own internal energies relating to different areas of our life.
e-motions = energy in motion
I like to write emotions as e-motions representing energy in motion. This is a part of the process to manifest something in life. This process can be seen in many ways.
One concept: Thought into Manifestation
Firstwe craft the thoughts that will get us what we want in life just like we would by carrot seeds if we want to grow some carrots. We carefully shape the thoughts as affirmation-style results statement: I am driving my new VW Jetta with options, colors, etc.
Second we play with those thoughts first by imagining what it will look like, what components we want in that part of our life. We create vivid scenes of us living the life with what we are imagining. Scenes like signing the forms and receiving the keys from the dealer or seller then starting it up and driving away. Another scene of driving out to the hill country in it at Fall or Spring time especially during bluebonnet season.
Thirdwe select the emotions, feelings and sensations we will have when we achieve this. I am loving driving my new VW Jetta with options, colors, etc. It’s such a pleasure to drive back and forth work in it.
Fourthwe take these list of results, new thoughts and vivid scenes into the meditative realm of mind operation. We do this by using the switch to shift into the frequency of mind where we can reprogram our brain and heart to achieve the desired results.
Find a comfortable place to sit in a peaceful environment. Light a candle if you want. Darken the lights.
Close your eyes
Take a full deep breath into the abdomen. Hold it for a moment and feel an expansion in your torso.
Release the breath focusing on the airflow out of the body
Add to breathing in that you are breathing in the life-giving energies of Life, positive, cleansing air
Add to releasing the breath that you are breathing out the dark ideas, concepts, worries, energies in thought
Tighten your scalp for 10 seconds or so. Release that noticing the sensation differences in both states
Now imagine that difference flowing down your body as relaxing energies that transform the head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Focus for 5 seconds on each body part all the way down to your toes, the souls and heels of your feet
Choose to stay alert as you imagine relaxing mental scenes
At this time you are now in the causative realm of thought and will spend time visualizing all of the scenes feeling them as if
Every time you visualize each scene imagine feeling it viscerally more and more. You can sometimes get it where it feels slightly tactile
Do all the scenes for new results in 2 to 3 minutes minimum. That is after you have done the breathing and relaxing. Sometimes it is fun to go into this mind state and spend some time playing with the scenes, filling them in with more and more details.
BONUS: This is the level of mind where you can access your intuitive creative mind, icm. So, you can go into these scenes and ask for more detail from that thought channel of intuition and creativity. This is where you will get ideas that the normal surface mind can never access. Its thought are all surface, tactile, what is seen level of existence. This level
Fifth Do whatever you can think of to play with images in your physical world.
Create a vision board of pictures indicating what you desire to have in life and who you desire to be.
Cut out magazine images and place them in a box that you play with imaging them.
Write out the goal and how it will alter your life.
Create index cards with the desired result on it and carry it with you. Tape it on the bathroom mirror so you see it often. Stop and read it and claim it. Write it on sticky notes placed on your dash and at your desk.
By imagining, writing, creating a vision board, visualizing precisely and regularly you are using your imagination the way it is designed to be used. Imagine you life as you desire it to be in the intuitive mind. Then experience it in the logical surface mind.
Sixth Maintain a state of joy and gratitude within yourself. This is the state to receive your desired results with more grace and ease.

There is a Power for Good in the Universe greater than you are, and you can use It…and It can use you.
There is a Power for Good in the Universe greater than you are, and you can use It. Let us figure out how we can more effectively cooperate with the Law of Mind in Action.
First: We are all united with an Invisible Force which is creative. We are already One with a Universal Mind which can do anything.
Second: We are centers within this Mind. The sum total of all our thoughts is silently either attracting or repelling Good.
Third: We can change our thinking thus causing the Law of Good to act affirmatively for us instead of negatively.
p 20 – Make the basis of our belief in life: We are surrounded by a Mind Principle which acts creatively on our thinking. Whether we call this Mind Principle Spirit, God, or Law makes no difference. The only thing that matters is whether we accept this Self-Operating Power around us, a Power which actually can and will do whatever ought to be done for us if we believe in It. And do we accept the fact that the sum total of our thinking decides what is going to happen to us?
Why do we not use this Power for Good…all the time?
Why do we not use It more effectively?
If all things are possible to faith, why do we not have more faith?
If affirmative prayers are answered, why do we not always pray affirmatively?

Just some of the countries, in the last two decades, or so, made up of citizens whose souls are willing to risk the action of finding their Soul’s Greatest Expressions.
I post this as sort of an addendum to my post “Let Freedom Ring”. I think of these and the ones that I was involved via the media. As you recall these imagine how freedom must feel after such oppression. Let this stir your soul and your own personal freedom.
