Your Imagination is Your Way Out of a Limited Life Box
Everyone goes through phases where something in life is too rote or not working anymore or it is just time for that change. The more a person evolves in this lifetime, the more a person has to grow out of limiting life boxes.
The challenge is that people tend to linger on what is not working. Neuroscientists say that the brain is designed to learn a habit and stick with it. It is in our brain’s wiring, i.e. neural programming. One loud NO registers immediately and the brain changes. It takes several strong YES’s to register in the brain.
The great news is that consciousness supersedes habitual programming. It just takes knowing how.
Proper use of consciousness leads us out of stuck-ness
Every single thing we have done in life involves imagining it first. It is such an automatic process that we may not be aware of it. And it is our saving grace in life. The imagination creates the life framework to change and, done at the right brain frequency, reprograms the heart and brain neurons so that we can accomplish a desired change in life.
So, have your pity party 🙂 It is a part of the process…and oh my, I have had mine for way too long. At some point we are recreating the same thing over and over. When we only use our logical mind it is so focused on the past that it is recreating it for the future, over and over. Life becomes a continuous groundhog day, as in the movie.
Until we declare STOP the madness!
Make the shift:
Pause your normal thoughts.
Focus on deep breathing for a few moments. Breathe in through your nose being mindful of the air flow coming in. Hold it to the count of three. Exhale through the mouth noticing the flow of air coming up from your lungs, out your mouth. Do this a few times.
The more you focus on this flow of air, the more you remove the energy from those incessant thoughts and shift into your inner center where all real power comes forth.
That begins the shift.
Focus your attention onto what you desire, as if you have it, and let the energy that was fueling the old thoughts bring life to what you desire.
This shifts you onto your new chosen path.
Rinse and repeat. Do this process daily or even multiple times each day. This tells yourself that ‘I am making this change’. And you are telling Life, the Universe, what you desire instead. Stick with it to observe new ideas, opportunities and more come to you.
I hope this helps begin your process of change. Have patience and be willing to do something new to see the results you have in life.

We are so much more powerful than we ever give ourselves credit for. There is a way to use our brain, as it is designed, to make changes within ourselves and in our experiences of life.
Cognitive therapists talk about how our brain is designed to use both cognitive and intuitive functioning. The approaches I have learned activate the mostly unknown truth that we can also use our intuitive functioning just as easily as we use our logic. It provides immeasurable benefits.

Gain awareness of how your thoughts drive your actions, behavior and interactions.
Start noticing the thoughts you have as you take actions and interact with others.
Thoughts create reality
Conscious + Unconscious thoughts lead to your experience of reality. Generally, a person’s conscious thoughts are up to 10% and unconscious thoughts up to 90%. Yikes! Thus it is good to gain awareness of those unconscious thoughts. This exercise helps.
Having the awareness of the thoughts that drive you activates your innate ability to change.
Schedule a reminder or put a rubber band on your wrist to remind you to do this throughout your day.

Yes, you can bend reality and you are doing this yet are simply unaware that your thoughts cause the results in life.
Thus my favorite topic… How do we tap into our inner potential to alter life?
I first learned precise thinking and visualization to cause a change within me or externally in life, in Malaysia as a young engineer living and working in Indonesia. These skills directly empowered me to improve my job performance significantly. And management started noticing my achievements and performance under those stressful and sometimes dangerous situations.
It truly is nice to be able to choose your desired behavior, task performance or pain release through lining up your thoughts in a precise manner leading to achieving with greater ease, less struggle.
When we make choices about what we want in life and practice living them within our own trained imagination we are literally programming our brain neurons to be able to recognize and act upon ‘the goal’ when opportunities start coming to us. It also sends out energy from your body’s energetic system to move the matrix of reality creating a path leading towards the desired result.
This may sound fanciful or too science fiction and it happens to be true.
As an affirmed geek I just luv this stuff. And it is practical, repeatable, follows laws and principle of the unseen forces that cause life, and leads us to becoming who we want to become.and to achieving what we are impelled to achieve.
Procedure to bend reality to be a path to achieve your results:
Select a relaxed atmosphere inside or outside
Find that ‘just right’ position to sit and get relaxed
Close your eyes
Place you attention on the airflow going in and out of your nostrils and mouth as you breathe in through your mouth
Hold it for a few seconds at the top then exhale deeply
Continue breathing in and out as your body and mind relax
Tell unwanted thoughts to float on like a cloud in the sky
Create in your imagination, using your senses, of having the result you are choosing to create in your life
Be sure to generate the emotions of having it. This fuels it
Spend a few minutes in the morning, midday and evening doing this.

With the right knowledge these inner unseen skills are utilized to change life externally and internally.
Permanent change for the better in a person’s life begins from within. The grand design for people is that everyone is born with skills to make the life they desire. It is simply a matter of the right education. The good news is it works for every person.

Meditation is the most well known tool for making life changes, and is continuously being confirmed by new scientific technologies. Meditation is when a person is focusing thought, and heart, on a single thought, or feeling. Sometimes it is staring at a single point or flame. For the advanced meditator it is to be without thought. A meditative state focuses one’s whole being in a single direction. This is what causes deliberate life changes.
A meditative state occurs when the brain’s operating frequency range is about 7 to 14 hertz (cycles per second). In daily life, people’s brains are operating above 14 hertz. This is when eyes are open and the physical senses are engaged. Every person has a built-in switch to change the brain from outer reality activity mode to inner reality creative mode.
The switch involves mental focus, intent and controlled breathing. To go within begins with an intent to disconnect from the stimuli of the physical world. Relax and do some deep breathing focusing on the air movement and how it feels. Deep breathing is enough to get the process started. In a short while the brain frequency adjusts to the right frequency range, and one feels relaxed. From this point there are a multitude of activities that will benefit in different ways.
Once a person is at this level of peace and relaxation the intelligence expands to include the intuitive and creative mind. At this point there are a multitude of options.
Some of the known uses of being in a meditative state
Find and Establish Peace Within = Most people are introduced to meditation where the goal is to relax and clear the mind. This is new to people living a busy life in a busy world.
Dynamic Meditation = Cause deliberate changes in life. Visualization is a much validated and scientifically measured skill that directly alters our being. Proper visualization techniques are known to alter the neural programming in the brain and heart real time. Brain difficulties have been overcome using these techniques. There are other trained uses of the imagination that will cause change at different levels in a person’s life.
Oneness Meditation = Allow the release of attachment to what the eyes see as separation between people, things and other so the person establishes a strong sense of connectedness to all things.
Visioning = Ask questions of a higher knowing, universal love or other name. Receive direct answers in some form. Establish a strong sense of love within one self fully connected to the Universal Love
Sports Performance and Task Improvement = Some studies show that when a person effectively imagine their sports performance beforehand, it can significantly improve his or her performance. This has been also applied to desktop or other work tasks to improve the quality and performance.
Open One’s Heart Center and Fill Up with Healing Unconditional Love = To those who have had their hearts awakened they know this energy can be drawn in, received, magnified and sent. This is a good heart healing process. The more a person opens their heart, the more their heart will heal and stay open for more love.

Change stress level = Integrate a simple countdown method, based on brain science, into your life that instantly relaxes your mind and body, on cue. This is also the key to health and health.
Eliminate headache/pain through Precise Thinking = Every person who uses this gets off pain medications and one man had a spinal implant; he turned it off after the first session. Precise Thinking is incredibly powerful.
Access Logical & Intuitive/Creative thoughts to Build a Magnificent Project = The brain’s logical thoughts are accessed always when the eyes are open and we are engaged in our physical life. With intent and breathing with eyes closed the mind can be shifted to access intuitive/creative thoughts. Best practice: When you are creating a project: First, write down all that is in your mind with your eyes open. These are the logical thoughts based on what has been learned, experienced and absorbed in this life. When you want a new idea, think of the question that will bring you the answer. Close your eyes, breathe deeply several times and imagine walking down some stairs to go within yourself. Then pose the question in your quieter mind. Pause and listen for new thoughts, ideas, colors, images, smells, sounds. It will come to you however it can reach your awareness.
Develop Your Mind to Focus Thoughts, Logical & Intuitive, for Evolving Personal Benefits = When a person uses this precise process to relax the mind and body there is a wealth of inner skills that begin to unfold in a person’s consciousness. There is a predictable progression for the inspired person who practices it regularly. This is the domain of the logical mind which is the source of the egoic awareness. Its purpose is to not change…at all costs keeping all current life pains, limitations, problems.
Each of us has multiple intelligence centers in our human system. The brain has two and the body has many with two as the brain for the body’s intelligence centers. Each intelligence center has a different energy that arises with a thought to help us move the idea into action. More to come…

Thought Creates Your Reality
Great thoughts yield a great life
Clear thoughts produce clear life results. Confusion does otherwise.
Deliberate thoughts yield a life of one’s choosing and loving
Reality is the Result of a process begun by the thoughts a person is choosing to imagine, feel and focus on in their mind and heart. It gestates in the Creative Mind where the unseen Creative Forces begin arranging for it. It is nurtured through one’s regular relaxed imaginative focus upon their life as they see it, as if it is already done.
If you are new to these empowering concepts or if you are an old hat at it… Study this previous paragraph and implement it. Practice it regularly and watch how new opportunities and ideas show up, how you synchronistically run into the right person or overhear the right conversation and other opportunities come to you. You simply begin to magnetize what is needed to accomplish what you are imagining into your sphere of life. Many other events occur in your life and in your mind and heart that are different signs. This is simply working with the Creative Mind as it is always providing you what your life choices have brought you to. Each of those choices made in your mind hopefully with great input from the heart-mind.

Emotional care is different from Heart Care although they are connected. More…
Consider a different perspective on emotions. They can be seen as e-motions = energies in motion. The e-motions you feel are your programmed inner interpretation of how the energies feel that are running throughout your body system and all around you. You can sense that in your head, your chest or other locations by quieting yourself and focusing your attention in the different areas within.
If anything, take some personal care time, grab a pen and pad, find a comfy place, play some music that brings you peace and focus. Then lose yourself in an hour of daydreaming, contemplating and expanding the thought box in which your life is being lived.
Contemplate what you desire in life from today to next month to the end of the year and bigger longer-term goals. Write them down. Play with them until they feel good; i.e. they are stirring up good energies within you that you interpret as feeling good.
Yes, it is a tedious process in what was just written. To parse and discern one’s thoughts, emotions and inner workings is to gain more and more dominion over your inner self…thus your experiences of life.
Ready to Integrate Some Change?
I enjoy helping people expand beyond what they ever conceived of doing. Or for the person who has held in a quiet dream or desire. Or for the professional seeking the next level up.
The resulting combination of the diversity of systems I have learned, practiced, licensed, etc to unleash the human potential studies assist through focusing on the thoughts, emotions, energies, sensations, life circumstances.
In this process the beginning steps will become clear. This is your journey so all of my focus is how to fine tune you like tuning an instrument. And to bring answers from within your own self to your life questions.
I find that when I am following these my life goes smoother, opportunities are more abundant and I am happier. Yet the normality of life sometimes settles in and I may start believing those old limitations, small self concepts and self-defeating thinking.
2 EZ Action Steps to Amp Up Your Game in Life
This haze of normality that descends upon us when we get caught up in the stories of our life can hypnotize us into forgetting that ultimately we have free will and choice in life.
That is why it is great to develop a morning practice that focuses on at least reading uplifting material to stir the beginning of your day with good thoughts and concepts
Choose/create an expansive question about life upon which you can consider throughout your day. (*)
These 2 actions will change your day. You have set your thoughts on an uplifting pattern that will lead your day. Plus your mind will expand contemplating an expansive idea.
(*) Ideas to contemplate: What will my life be like when I tune into the natural state of abundance? How much love can I embrace and emanate today? If it applies: How can I achieve my job goals with greater ease? I wonder what i can change to decrease the stress and struggle in (an area of life). How can I increase the ease in grace?
There are magazines and books available that have expansive ideas in them.
Some I use: Primarily I read the Science of Mind magazine, www.scienceofmind.com. It has daily guides. I have a different digital magazine emailed to me. Or I choose from books like the Science of Mind or Living the Science of Mind, Ernest Holmes. Another favorite is The Complete Works of Florence Scovel Shinn.
I board the plane to continue my journey back to Austin. I am happy that I have extended legroom for my tall frame and that no one is in the middle seat between me and another man. This man is engaged in either his phone or his Unix book, alternating between the two.
I have a little bit of the sniffles (I think it is just sinus adjustments to the elevation and to the cold and hot I experienced while in Colorado). And I have lots of energy and do not want to sleep on the plane. Thus I decide to write the blogpost: Synchronicity Makes Life Happen with Ease and Grace using my phone.
After we take off I did some deep breathing and leaned forward stretching then moving into a straight up position where I exhaled…right on the back of the lady’s head in front of me. Oops. I apologized then…
I struck up a conversation with Brittany, as I later learned her name. She has lived her whole life in Colorado and moved to Austin three years ago when her husband got a good job here. She sincerely misses family, all of whom live in Colorado. As we talk we realize we have similar situations in life such as our moms struggled with an illness for around two decades before passing on. She is wrestling with understanding what happened to her mom. There was detectable grief within her. I was able to share some of the gifts I received in that difficult childhood-into-adulthood situation, as I experienced it. This got her thinking a tad differently.
She mentioned she had been contemplating what mindfulness means.
We eventually talked about using visualization to change life and doing things to heal our self from within concerning the pains and losses of life. She has never heard any of these concepts. We talk while she contorts her body to turn around sideways to face me from the seat directly in front me. I realize there is an empty seat across the aisle from her. Her body can be more relaxed now as I move into that seat to talk.
We share a lot and she asks me questions; all of which I am happy to answer.
As we are talking I notice the lady sitting in the seat directly in front of Brittany keeps shaking her head affirming what she was hearing us discuss. I am discussing the idea that we can go within, into our Inner Power Center, to heal our life when this other lady turned around to confirm that she, too, does healing work. Go figure! Really? Two of us on the plane do this sort of work (in different ways) that is not so understood by normal society?
Synchronicities are piling up 🙂
Janet ‘happens’ to be sitting in that seat when her assigned seat is in the back of the plane; had to have happened for us to meet. Do you begin to see how the Universe operates?
She is in Giddings, Texas, of all places, doing healing work in a smaller conservative Texas town. Cool! She is returning from a conference learning the association between emotions and hormones and how to facilitate someone’s healing at that level. This is a subject I am interested in also. She and I exchange info, of course.
While I am talking to Brittany and Janet I notice that the man who is by the window where my assigned seat is on the aisle begins to look at me and starts smiling. I do not know if he is hearing me or if something else triggered his opening to me. It could be the incredible openness, strong and clear energy within me and things I am exhibiting because of the conference which was enlightening, empowering, healing…and I got to see one friend from more than 25 years ago and another friend who had moved from Austin to Boulder. i.e. I am feeling great and incredibly aligned with my inner self, my mission and vision I am bringing forth.
Or maybe there’s a fly on my nose he is smiling at 🙂
I finished my conversations with Brittany and Janet as we flew closer to Austin. I moved back to my assigned seat sensing the energies of our communications was waning; it had been an hour+. As I sat down Pedram starts talking with me.
Now, this is a totally different interaction. My inner electrical engineer gets to come out to play with him…and my creative mind gets sparked.
He has a doctorate and is a senior principal of something I have never heard of. He tells me about two projects he is working on. This man is highly intelligent. One project is the IOT, the new “Internet of Things”; wow, we have some HUGE innovations coming forth into our lives. And he is on a project between two High Tech Titans (corporations) working with software and customized chips that will bring healing directly to the cells that require healing.
Way too awesome and my creative mind gets sparked and brings me new ideas to share with him which makes him look at me strangely lol. I am used to it by now.
I shared these spontaneous new ideas that came to me while he was talking. He looked at me strangely until I said I am an electrical engineer and have traveled the world living and working. And we continued a great conversation.
I shared that we have another intelligence center, the intuitive/creative mind, from which we can deliberately receive new and genius ideas. I mention how we can send healing energy to others that is unseen. As he contorts his mind wondering whether or not I am sane I continue. I mention that there must be a way to send the software program as an atom through the custom processor into the person who needs healing without a physical interface. I am going way beyond what he is used to hearing.
I continue sharing that just like the Law of Gravity and other laws that Sir Isaac Newton is credited with discovering how the physical aspect of life works…there are laws and principles of the unseen creative force that we can access to shape our life and to receive intuitive thoughts and ideas on cue; includes the Law of Attraction, Law of Mental Equivalents, Principle of ONEness, Principle of Reciprocity and much more. They are repeatable and usable just like the laws and principles that govern the physical realm of life.
I get his business card as we agree we want to go out and meet. I just texted him to meet.
Life Proactively Supports Us
How is it that I am ‘accidentally’ sitting next to 3 people on a plane, that is not full in the front of the cabin, who have common interests?
Or is this a synchronous event where we are sitting together because there are unanswered questions, desires and/or curiosities within the four of us that are getting answered by us meeting and talking?
Makes me go hmm and want to learn more. I will post more about the conference and synchronicities.
Someone who has come to some events shared with me that his intention is to HAVE intention. He shared more that he wants to improve his approach to life to do other things that will help him to deliberately focus his life.
First off, I can relate. We all can relate.
We are all born with a resource full of incredible inherent skills that let us choose and focus our life as precisely and deliberately as we dare to and to stretch as far as we are willing to stretch in this life.
Plus we all feel that internal universal nudge within to make a change here and there…until we successfully squelch it.
To have the desire to set your intent and live more deliberately is a transition step for the people who choose to live life at a different level, authentically and deliberately. You use a different set of inner empowerment skills (intent, choice, clarity, focus, listen, ease, to name a few) to drive life from within rather than the external modus operandi such as stress, over-pushing, force, make it happen, etc. Using the inner skills stirs things up and opportunities will begin to appear while clarity is received. That is when you take external action. Be prepared and ready for the right opportunity.
Second, thank you for trusting me. I appreciate when someone shares with me. I believe what we hold within us is more valuable than anything external to us. Thus when someone shares from within I value their truth.
I will know for him his higher truth while he is finding his inner inspiration (Spirit Within) to embrace this next step towards personal freedom and expression.
I find that I feel best about my life and move forward when I do this:
Read my written list of life results and imagine them to be already true, daily or more often.
I take my personal time: Several minutes to do inner focusing, finding calm within me, pose questions, get in sync, and imagine my day.
Deep breathe hourly to flush out the stale energies and bring in refreshing energies.
So, let’s take a cue from this man and set an intent for the week or month or maybe for your life or for this phase of it. It does not have to be elaborate. Make it a clear focus that resonates within you. Write it down next to your list of goals.
Take some time, right now, and write out an intent for your life. What comes to you? Craft some results you desire to have in life written as if you already have them. Write what you would like to experience in life.
And in case this seems too much consider: Why not try something different? One small inner change results in noticeable changes in life.
